Armand was swimming in the sea near their small house. It had been a week since his American father died. With tears in his eyes he swam and swam hoping that it would ease up the pain that he was feeling deep inside. He was seven years old and was now all alone in this world. He swam and swam until he could swim no more. He stalled in the surface and looked ahead. Suddenly, he heard a faint voice behind him. He looked back and saw a young girl looking at him. She waved at him, hesitantly, he waved back at her. He smiled a little sensing that the young girl on the beach was giggling looking at him. Slowly, he swam back towards the beach front and towards the young girl. He swam and swam until it was shallow enough for him to walk. Looking at her he walked slowly towards the young girl still looking at his face.
"Hi, I'm Andrea," smiling she introduced herself to him.
He stared at her for a moment and slowly introduced himself, "I'm Armand."
"I saw you swimming all alone in the sea, so I decided to call you," she just said looking at him.
"How long had you been watching me swim?" he asked her.
"Just now, you see my father is talking to that man," she said looking at the two men talking away from them. "Dad is selling our beach resort; we're migrating to the U.S."
"Really," he just said. "You're a very rich kid then."
"Yeah, I guess we are, you look tired. Are you hungry huh?" she asked.
      Hesitantly, he nodded.
"Good, me I'm hungry too. Come with me to that table and eat with me," the
girl immediately turned around and started walking towards the table on the beach. When the girl reached the bamboo bench she immediately sat and invited Armand to sit in front of her. Armand sat and looked at the young girl as she started opening the picnic basket and took out some food. Smiling, she handed him a sandwich. He took it from her and the young girl started eating her sandwich. So Armand ate too and chewed on the sandwich from where he was sitting. "It’s delicious, right?" she asked smiling at him.
"Yeah, it definitely is, thanks," smiling a little Armand replied and continued eating.
"Who are you with?" she asked while she continued chewing on her sandwich.
"I'm all alone now, my father's gone," Armand uttered bowing his head a little.
"Really," she just said not knowing what he really meant. "Here, drink this cola too," she said as he handed him the bottle which she took out from the basket. He took it and drank.
"Thanks, you're very kind and pretty," he said looking at the beautiful young girl in front of him.
        "Really," she just said.
"Yeah, really," he uttered smiling at her in front of him.
"Andrea!" a man called out from behind her. She turned back to the sound of the voice. It was her father calling her. "You just stay here on the beach front. I still have a lot to discuss with Julio. Who's that young boy you're with huh?" he asked aloud.
"He's Armand dad, my new friend!" she replied aloud.

"Good morning sir!" Armand greeted aloud at the young girl's father from the bamboo bench he was sitting.
"Good morning to you too young boy!" he greeted back aloud, turned around and walked with Julio towards the reception area of the big beach resort.
"You're father seems to be a good man," Armand said looking at her father as he continued walking.
"Yeah, he is. He really loves me and gives me everything that I want," she replied smiling at the young boy in front of her. The two chatted and chatted and became more comfortable with each other. The young girl then stood up and started walking back towards the shallow sea. When she got near the shallow water she immediately sat on the fine white sand. Armand smiled looking at her so walked towards her and sat beside her. He looked at her to his right. She smiled at him. He giggled a little looking at her beautiful face.
"You really are pretty," he said once again.
"Thanks," she replied and smiled even more.
He looked at her beside her for some time and asked. "You said you're going to the U.S."
"Yeah, we are, my mother is working there and she asked dad to follow."
"You're very lucky then, you have a complete and happy family. I guess you'll be happier in the U.S. because you'll be with your mother," his statement looking at her beside him. He looked at her some more and glanced at the fine white sands around them. He saw a pebble and picked it up. He stood up and threw it as far as he could. It went really far ahead of them. He knelt back and picked another pebble and threw some more. It went even farther than the first pebble that he threw. He took a deep breath and closed his eyes. "Will you still remember me when you're already in the U.S. huh?" he asked looking back at her from where she was sitting. She looked up at him for a moment and nodded slowly.
"Yeah, I will remember you Armand," she answered.
"Me too, Andrea, you made me happy, even at this time of..." he answered. He controlled himself, knelt and picked some more pebbles. "How about you throw this time around huh, throw some pebbles on this sea while you still can," he said aloud and handed her some pebbles. She took it, prepared and threw and looked a little embarrassed.
"My pebbles didn't even go half as far as the pebbles that you threw towards the sea," she uttered shaking her head slightly.
"Yeah, I see," he nodded and smiled at her.
"You," smiling a little, she said sensing that he was slightly making fun of her. She took a deep breath and prepared to throw once again. "If I could throw farther from the first pebble that I threw that means that you and I will see each other again," she said and threw. The pebble went flying, traveled in the air above the clear sea water. It traveled and traveled and hit the sea. The two stood still for a moment and looked at each other and smiled.
"Andrea!" a man called out aloud, it was her father once again. He was done talking to Julio and was standing outside of the beach resort’s reception area.
"What, Dad!" Andrea answered back to her father.
"Come we're going back home now," he informed her aloud.
Andrea looked back at Armand behind her. Armand nodded and smiled.
"Bye Armand," she bid her good bye to him.
"Bye Andrea,” he bid his good bye to her. Andrea smiled back at him, turned her head and walked towards her father. Her father then held her hand walked her towards their car. He sat her on the back seat, went inside the car, closed the door and started driving. She waved at Armand from the car. Armand waved back at her until the car slowly disappeared from his sight, taking away from him the beautiful young girl that made him felt happy that day. He turned around facing the sea, and threw the last pebble that he was holding. His eyes followed it until it finally hit the sea. He gave the sea one last look, “Bye Andrea...." he whispered softly, turned around and started walking away from the beach.

                                                                    Chapter 2

Fourteen years later and inside his room in the big mansion at the top of the mountain overlooking the big city, Armand was lying in his bed when Alfred, the kind-hearted and wealthy man who adopted him called knocking on his door.
"Come here, Armand!" Alfred called him.
"Dad!" he replied aloud, got up and went for the door. He opened it and greeted him. "Good afternoon Dad."
"Are you ready?" he asked him.
"Yes Dad, I was just lying on my bed waiting for you," he answered, went through the door.
"Let's go then," he uttered and started heading for the stairs. Armand followed him, smiling and looking at him slowly descended the stairs.
Hours after he had left the beach resort where he met Andrea he saw Alfred being attacked by two men near his parked car. He hurried towards him to help and when he got nearer them, one of the goons faced him and warned him to go away and leave. Realizing that he was too small against the goons he decided to step back. He also saw Alfred signaling him to just leave the place. He saw Alfred handing one of the goons his briefcase. The two goons were trying to hold him up. With the briefcase the two goons hurried and left the place, extremely happy with their loot.
"Thank you," the man said looking down at little Armand in front of him.
"Huh, but I wasn't really able to help you from those thieves," he uttered a little apologetic.
"I understand you're too young there's nothing you can do really, but I saw in your eyes your desire to help me and I must say I'm impressed."
"Huh,” Armand uttered and looked up at him for a moment. "Nice to meet you sir, good bye," he said and turned around.
"Where are you going huh?" the man asked the young boy.
"I don't know anywhere really," he replied with his back on him.
"You don't have a place to go huh?" he asked once again.
"My father died a week ago and I'm alone now," he stated and started walking away from him. He had already taken a few steps when the man called him once again.
"Would you like to go with me instead huh?" he asked Armand.
"You're taking me with you huh?" he uttered and slowly turned around to face him.
"Yeah, if you really don't have any place to go, then I might as well take you with me," he told Armand, he then turned around and looked at the mountain far from them. Do you see that house at the top of the mountain? That's where I live. I think you'll going to like it there."
Armand had been looking at that big house and always wondered what it was like up close, at the top of the mountain. Alfred saw his eyes sparked trying to look at it far away from them in the city. He smiled and uttered looking down at him. "I guess that means yes," he uttered and opened his car's door for him. "Hop in."
He seated Armand at the front seat. He then walked towards the other door and sat on the driver's seat. He glanced at Armand beside him inside the car and started driving.
"Thank you sir," Armand uttered looking at him.
Alfred just nodded, smiled and continued driving through the roads of the big city.
Since that day Armand became his son. He adopted him and sent him to school until he finished college. Alfred was a wealthy man and owned tall buildings in that city. He had many successful businesses too and everything he had, he shared it with Armand.
Moments later, the two arrived at their destination. They went to the beach resort to finally sign the documents transferring its ownership to Armand. Armand was now the owner of the beach resort where he first met Andrea.
"Are you happy son?" he asked Armand.
"Yeah I am dad, thank you," he replied.
Alfred knew that Armand had been frequenting that beach resort hoping to see Andrea once again so he decided to buy it for him.
A month passed and Armand was driving in the city to see Alfred in one of his buildings in the city. They had breakfast together that morning and agreed to watch an opera afterwards in the evening. He drove hurriedly and turned in the corner. He really wanted to arrive on time because he knew that Alfred liked to sit and watch at the opera house. While he was driving he saw being assaulted on the side of the road by a goon. Instinctively, he pulled over to the side of the road, stepped on his breaks, and immediately went out of the car to help. He walked hurriedly towards an old man who was being robbed.
"Hey, leave that man alone," he stated, warning him. But the man ignored his warning and instead turned to face him. He tried to kick Armand in the face, but Armand easily avoided him and kicked him back on his neck. The goon got knocked down, and in his fear he scampered, running away from him leaving the two behind on the side of the road.
"Thank you son," the old man gratefully thanked Armand.
"You're welcome sir, I'm glad I was able to help you," he replied. He then walked the old man to his car and after he left he decided to go back to his own car and headed to see Alfred so they could watch at the opera together. Inside his car he drove as fast as he could, realizing that he was minutes late to their agreed time. He drove and drove and when he got near the tall buildings he realized that there were many policemen around the area. Wondering what was happening; he immediately parked his car in front of it and got out. He hurried towards the main entrance of the building and saw familiar faces looking at him. With tears in their eyes they were looking at him.
"What happened?" starting to worry he asked them.
"Armand, Sir Alfred was murdered," shaking an elderly lady told him. "We found him dead at his office, at his table."
Armand stepped back; he couldn't believe what he just heard. "No tell me that's not true, my father is still alive!" he uttered.
"I'm really sorry Armand, I'm really sorry..." the elderly woman uttered.
With tears in his eyes, Armand hurried towards the elevator. And while it was ascending he prayed that what he heard wasn't true, that Alfred was still. They were still going to go to the opera together. The elevator stopped and the door opened. Sadder eyes met him. More tears fell from Armand’s eyes, from the opened door of the office he saw the lifeless Alfred with his head lying on his table.
After they buried Alfred, Armand went back to the mansion at the top of the mountain. Once again he lost a father. Once again he was alone in this world. Tears rapidly fell down his cheeks. He closed his eyes in his agony. "Is this what I get for helping, I helped a man only to lose my father..." he uttered.
Months had already passed and still Armand couldn't accept the fact that he had already lost Alfred, the man who took good care of him. He stayed in the mansion and recluse in his room. He wouldn't answer any calls and refused to go down and talk to Alfred's employees who came by to visit him, worrying about him. Day and night he stayed in his room, feeling the pain of losing Alfred, the kindest man he had ever met after he lost his real father. Their driver would come in to his room and leave him some food. Once in a while he would open the television in his room and every time he saw in the news that someone had been attacked and killed, he did not care anymore. He was so buried in his own misery that he lost his desire to help anyone. He just didn't care anymore not even to himself. Days had passed and every time he saw the same news on television he still didn't care.
Finally, he decided to go to the balcony of his room overlooking the big city. He took a deep breath and surveyed the whole stretch of the big city. His eyes caught the place where he grew up. He suddenly remembered his real father. When he was still much smaller he remembered his father telling him that his mother was a stone woman, a powerful Filipina stone woman who possessed great strength and had the ability to fly. He was an ordinary man who fell in love with an extraordinary woman. He told him that his mother told him that after his twenty-first birthday he will become a powerful stone man. But as early as he was five years old, he had been shouting his name Armand so he could already fly, but he just couldn't. He even tried opening his palms strong and fast for the stones to appear, but it just didn't appear. Sometimes, he thought that his father was just making up stories so he would still feel happy even at their poverty, giving him hope that someday he will become somebody, a superhero. He took a deep breath once again, smiling a little remembering how his real father looked like when he was still alive. I am lucky I had two great fathers. Suddenly his phone rang; he turned his back and walked towards it. It was Alfred's secretary telling him that he needed to be at Alfred's tower for a meeting. He showered, changed and went down to drive his car. The driver offered to drive but he refused and drove on his own. When he got to the tower he was immediately greeted by their employees telling him that they were happy that he had finally decided to return to take care of things that his father had left behind. He attended stockholders' meeting and moments later he was sitting on his father's chair in his office looking at his portrait hanging on the wall.
"Congratulations, Armand," Jessica greeted as she entered what was now Armand's office. The Beautiful Jessica walked towards him sitting on the chair, hugged him slightly and kissed him on the cheeks. "I know you'll be the next chairman of the board Armand, congratulations once again." Jessica turned around and sat on the chair in front of the table looking at him.
"Well, thanks to your father, his 35% share helped in getting me elected as the new Chairman of the Board," smiling slightly from where he was sitting behind his table, Armand replied.
"Yeah, but even if dad didn't vote for you, you still would get the position, you had 45% share plus the other 10% share of the other stockholders who voted for you," Jessica added smiling at him, smiling at the man she loved her whole life.
"Yeah, it feels good that the majority stockholders had given me their trust just like they did towards my father.
"Yeah they do, but I had given you more than that Armand..." Jessica stated looking at his handsome face.
"Jessica..." Armand uttered smiling slightly at her.
"I missed you Armand, you wouldn't accept anyone's call, even mine. Come, I'll take you out for dinner. Let's celebrate Armand," Jessica invited him.
"Did I hear it right, my beautiful daughter is inviting the new chairman of the board for a dinner huh?" pleasantly, Constantine asked as he entered the office.
"Hi dad," Jessica greeted her father looking at him as he slowly walked towards them. He then sat in front of her.
"Congratulations once again Armand, if you're father was still alive he would be very proud of you," his statement glancing at Armand behind his table.
"I'm just glad that I could continue what my father had started and take good care of all his employees who loved him dearly," he replied from his seat.
Looking at his daughter Constantine stood up and smiled at her. "I'll see you tomorrow Armand..." he said, stood up and left the room.
After Constantine had closed the door, Jessica glanced back at Armand on his table.
"Some other time Jessica, I still have a meeting with some managers and office staffs to attend to. I'll just walk you to your car," he stated, stood up and went to her. She stood up and clang on his left arm. When the elevator's door opened on the first floor, Armand walked Jessica to her car but someone caught his attention. She saw a girl on the other elevator going up to the building. He felt something, something that he thought he had already felt before. Jessica's arm tightened on his, he glanced back at her and when he looked back the elevator's door had already closed. Shrugging his shoulders he continued walking her to her car. When they got there, he opened the car's door for her. When she was inside, he immediately closed the door and bid her good bye. Jessica drover her car home, a little disappointed. Armand then hurried back towards the building; rode the elevator and asked if anyone had seen that beautiful girl with a long black hair he had seen in the elevator earlier. His secretary saw him and told him that the meeting with the employees was about to start so he decided to stop asking and see his employees.

                                                                 Chapter 3

It was past 10 o'clock in the evening when he reached the mansion on top of the building. He went to his room, showered and lay on his bed for a moment. He then stood up and walked towards the balcony. Once again, his old place caught his attention. He took a deep breath. Was my father really telling the truth, could I really fly...? Slowly, he took deep breath and shouted, "Armand!" Instantly, he felt better and lighter and when he looked down his feet it was no longer touching the floor. "I'm really flying; my father was telling the truth I could really fly!" He then looked up at the heavens with the bright stars shining everywhere. “Could I really fly as far as the heavens?” he asked himself. He raised his right arm above his head and thought of flying higher. He did flew higher and when he was about to fly faster he suddenly stopped and looked down back on the floor. He then lowered himself back on the balcony and when he touched down he smiled... just making sure... smirked, rose his right arm once again and flew upward as fast as he could. He rose and rose higher. "Yahoo, I could really fly, my father was really telling the truth, my mother was a flying stone woman!" He flew straight and fast and as far as he could up above in the sky. Extremely thrilled he then flew in circles, big circles over and over again. He then stopped looked down on the tall and bright skyscrapers in the city, dove rapidly and flew downwards. When he was near one of the tall skyscrapers he stopped, took a deep breath flew rapidly towards it and when he was near it he rapidly stopped. “Oh, I've got nice brakes,” he whispered smirked and flew once again turning to his right flying around the building and rapidly going to the next lines of  skyscrapers. He then flew upwards once again and flew rapidly straight; he stopped and stalled above the great sea. He saw several brightly lit ships voyaging on the sea. "This is magnificent," he uttered from where he was above the sky. Standing, he slowly rotated looking at the great sights surrounding him. He took another deep breath, the beach resort where he first saw Andrea caught his attention and remembered. He looked at his palms and smiled. Strong and fast he opened both his palms on his sides. Instantly a rock appeared, levitating near his two palms. Slowly, he raised his left palm, the rock moved up and when he stopped it also stopped. He then raised his right palm and just like the first it moved up imitating the movement of his right palm. With his two opened palms, slightly beneath his chest, he looked towards a mountain ahead of him below. Strongly and rapidly, he pushed his palms forward, slightly inclined downwards and rapidly the two rocks shoot and headed rapidly towards the mountain hitting it in a wink of time. He nodded and smiled. Once again he opened his right palm strong and fast on his side. Ten stones appeared, he then raised his palm moving slightly away from his body on his right side and shook, curving it slightly, the ten stones moved forward lining up and rapidly forming a circle ahead of him in the sky. Smiling, he looked at the stones as it levitated slowly circling together. Rapidly, he closed his right palm and instantly the stones moved towards the center, hitting and crushing on each other and exploding. Pleased, he flew rapidly once again heading towards the center of the city and once again viewed the magnificent views of great city from above the sky. He saw the great park where Alfred took him and played with him growing up as his new son. He then turned and saw his old house. Armand remembered his father, his mother. I never saw my mother but now I'm experiencing and reliving her life. He took deep breath, flew and headed fast towards the big mansion on top of the mountain.

                                                       Chapter 4

Early in the morning he took his breakfast and headed to his car and drove towards the beach resort. He was greeted by the beautiful and handsome staffs. Armand greeted them back pleasantly. His employees were pleased seeing their boss going back to them and the resort. He opened the door of his office and walked in. He headed to his table and sat. Armand then opened and read on some documents that his assistant brought in earlier. Pleased he filed them on his side and looked around once again. He nodded, his staffs kept it nice and clean just like what he always wanted it to be. Someone knocked on the door and entered. It was the manager of the resort, Ronald.
"Armand, I'm glad to see you back. You're the new chairman of the board, congratulations," he greeted and congratulated him going near him to his table. He then sat on the chair in front of Armand's table at the resort.
"Thanks, I came by to see how things are going here," he answered looking at Ronald in front of him.
"The tourists are all enjoying our rides at the beach. They love our big pools and the slides. We're fully booked for the next four months," he told Armand, looking so proud of their resort.
"That's great news," his answer to Ronald. "It's great to have loyal and hardworking employees, staffs who are willing to give their all just to make sure that our visitors are satisfied every time they come here."
Shaking his head slightly from his seat and smiling, Ronald spoke. "Did your really come here to check on how things are at this resort, or you just came here to see if she's finally returned to see you, your Andrea, the love of your life," he ended teasing him.
Armand grinned, shaking his head slightly and looking at him. "Yeah, that's really the real reason why I came here today, but I don't really mind checking up on how you're managing this resort," he answered teasing him back.
"Like I said it's doing great," his answer to him. They chatted for a while laughing slightly at each other's stories. Afterwards Ronald left and went to see the staffs of the big beach resort. After Armand had checked on the documents that his staff had left on the table he stood up and headed for the door. He opened it and went out. I really hope I'll see you this time Andrea...
Outside, he walked and saw the many visitors of their big beach resort. He walked some more until he reached the place where he and Andrea once sat beside each other. He decided to sit on the sand and waited. He looked at the wide sea in front of him. He looked down at his watch and continued waiting for her. Moments later he accepted that he wouldn't be seeing Andrea that day so he decided to head to his car. He walked and when he reached it he opened the door, sat on the front seat and drove going to the tower for his work. He drove carefully on the road looking and glancing at the tall buildings he passed by. He saw the place where he first met Alfred, he smiled a little remembering himself looking up at the mansion when Alfred pointed to it and told he lived there, the mansion that he had always wondered, as a child, how it looked like up close. He released air and continued driving for the tower. Suddenly, he saw a boy, all alone trying to cross at the pedestrian lane. He was about his height the same day he saw Alfred. Suddenly, Armand saw the boy looked up and looking terrified. He looked up to the direction to which the boy was looking. Armand saw a creature rapidly flying down towards the young boy. It was a flying werewolf; it was hairy and had strong powerful wings. In no time, the terrifying flying werewolf dove towards the helpless young boy. The young boy screamed in fear of the werewolf. Its feet grabbed the boy by his shoulders and rapidly took him upwards. The young boy screamed and screamed as the terrifying flying werewolf continued flying carrying him below. Armand immediately went out of the car and shouted, "Armand!" Flying swiftly in the air, Armand chased after the fleeing flying werewolf. The people on the ground started noticing what was going on up in the air. They screamed in fear for the life of the young boy. They also saw Armand flying and wondered if he could save him. Armand flew and flew. He flew higher and higher. When he was already at the top of the flying werewolf, he flew downwards, inclined, stopped and turned around to face the fleeing flying werewolf with the young boy. The werewolf saw Armand ahead of him and seemed to belittle him. The flying werewolf flew even more rapidly going to his direction. Realizing that the werewolf intended to fly right through him, he opened his right palm strongly and rapidly on his side. Instantly a big rock appeared, he raised his palm below his chest. He aimed and pushed his right palm forward, the big rock shoot and headed towards the direction of the flying werewolf. The werewolf was hit on the chest and bounced back. He stalled for a moment in the air looking at Armand ahead of him. Furious, he flew even faster going to him wanting to bit him. Armand, with his right opened palm below his chest focused and another big rock appeared in front. He aimed once again at the rapidly flying werewolf. Armand pushed his palm forward, the second rock shoot and headed towards the flying werewolf. It was hit on the chest once again. It grimaced in pain dropping the boy from its clutches. The young boy rapidly fell downwards screaming for his life. Armand wasted no time, he immediately flew, diving down, and chased after the falling young boy. The people witnessing what was happening up in the air screamed fearing for the life of the rapidly falling boy going to their direction. Armand flew faster and faster downwards trying to reach the young boy. Suddenly the young boy felt someone caught him up in the air and when looked up he saw Armand looking at him. He kept looking at Armand, unable to say a word. So Armand smiled and spoke. "You're safe now."
"Am I huh, you're not a bad creature just like that one who snatched me up from the ground?" he asked looking up at Armand who was carrying him by his right arm.
Up in the air, Armand grinned slightly hearing what the young boy said. He calmed himself and spoke. "No I'm not bad, and I'm not a creature. I'm human too just like you."
Realizing that he was really safe the boy spoke to Armand. "Thank you sir for saving me..."
Hearing the young boy call him sir Armand grinned once again. "What's your name?" the young boy asked Armand as he continued flying up in the air. Armand paused for a moment and thought.
"No names this time, just call me the flying stone man," his reply to young boy.
"Yeah, that's right you’re a flying stone man. I saw you hit the terrifying werewolf with the two rocks that appeared near your palms. If not for you I would have been dead by now."
"Don't you worry about that now, by the way where do you want me drop you?" he asked the young boy.
"You're dropping me?" the young boy suddenly asked.
Armand grinned again hearing what the young boy just said. "No, I mean where do you live, I'll take you to your place."
"Really," the young boy then turned his head and pointed to one tall tower. Armand immediately understood and rapidly flew, inclined and downwards going to the tower that the young boy was pointing at. Rapidly, Armand flew and flew and in just a short time he stopped right above the balcony of the condominium unit that the young boy was pointing at.          "Is this where you live young boy?" Armand asked him still holding the young boy on his right arm as he flew near the balcony.
"Not really, I live farther down with my mother. But she's not around, so I decided to come home to my aunt, my mother's best friend," he replied to him.
"Okay, then," Armand uttered and slowly landed on the balcony and released the young boy on the floor of the balcony. Armand then levitated once again looking at the young boy in front of him. Suddenly he saw someone looking at him from inside the condominium unit. They caught each others’ eyes. The lady looked stunned looking at the flying stone man levitating on her balcony. The young boy noticed Armand looking behind him inside the condominium unit, so he turned around and saw the lady.
"Aunt Andrea!" he exclaimed. "I was taken by a terrifying werewolf and he saved me!"
Andrea heard what the young boy said but her eyes were glued to the man still levitating on her balcony. Armand immediately realized that he was looking at the face of the woman he had been waiting to see. He wasn't sure if it was the right time to tell her who he really was, he was just glad that he already knew where to find Andrea, where she was living. He gave her one final last look and was about to fly away when Andrea suddenly got hold of herself.
"Thank you, thank you for saving our little Chad," she finally said looking at him slightly levitating on her balcony.
Armand bowed slightly at her looking extremely handsome with his black hair pulled up and combed backwards away from his forehead. "You're welcome Miss," his reply smiling slightly at her. "Farewell young boy," he finally said and rapidly flew upwards. Above the sky and away from them, he looked back towards the tower; his heart was overflowing with joy and happiness. He could now see Andrea any time he wanted. And he was definite he was going to see her as often as he could. With a smile curving on his lips, he flew even faster and when he saw his car he flew rapidly downwards landed and shouted, "Armand!" His hair immediately returned to his normal hair style, falling to his forehead just a little above his eyebrows. He went inside his car, drove and headed to his office at the tower.

                                                       Chapter 5

Armand woke up early and after he had his breakfast in his bed, he showered and changed. He really planned to go to the tower where he saw Andrea but his secretary called him up saying that he had an important meeting at the office. Carefully, he drove towards the office and when he reached it, he immediately rode the elevator. When it stopped, he got out of it and headed straight to the conference room. Armand and the other stockholders listened to the business plan of one the stockholders. Most of them agreed that the plan of one of the stockholders would benefit the company. They voted for it and immediately made a schedule as to when the business plan for another expansion will be implemented. Contented with the result of the meeting, they all left the conference room. Armand immediately left the tower and headed to the building where he saw Andrea. After he got off the elevator he walked and headed to Andrea's condominium unit. He knocked on the door. He noticed someone approached it from the inside of the condominium unit. Then he heard someone spoke from the inside.
"I can't open the door; I'm alone my mother's downstairs buying food at the restaurant. What do you want?" he asked in a loud voice. Armand immediately recognized the voice that he heard from the other side of the door. It was the boy that he rescued from the flying werewolf. Amused, Armand greeted him from the outside.
         "Good afternoon, is Andrea home?"
The young boy thought for a moment and replied aloud. "Good afternoon too sir, no Aunt Andrea's not home, she told me she's going to the beach resort to wait for an old friend," he answered from the inside of Andrea's place.
"Okay, I'll see her there then," his reply to the young boy. "Bye, nice talking to you," Armand just said. Armand then rode the elevator and when got down, he hurried to his car. He sat on the front and drove. He drove fast but carefully, extremely pleased that he could finally see Andrea once again. He drove and drove passing the tall buildings once again and after a moment he reached his own resort. He went down his car and walked towards the place where he first saw her. He took a deep breath when he saw a lady sitting on the fine white sand looking at the sea ahead of her. He could see the side of her face, and he was certain it was Andrea, his Andrea, the girl he had been longing to be with. He did not even take another step he called out her name. "Andrea!"
The girl didn't move for a moment, and then slowly she turned her head towards the direction of the sound of the voice calling her. She immediately stood up and looked at the handsome man looking at her. Armand then hurried and approached her. He stopped right in front of her looking down at her beautiful face.
"Armand, is that you Armand?" she asked softly looking up at him.
He held both her hands. "Yes it's me Andrea, and I'm so glad you've returned, finally," he answered smiling at her, admiring her beautiful face.
"Armand... it's really you," with her hands in his and looking up at him, she uttered.
Armand just couldn't stop himself anymore; he moved a little forward and hugged her. A little surprised she hugged him back.
"I missed you Andrea..." Armand uttered looking down at her.
Looking up at him, she paused for a moment and answered. "I missed you too Armand."
Armand paused and took a deep breath looking down at her. "Your far more beautiful now than the last time I saw you," he uttered and still hugging her in his arms.
"You, you changed a lot, you're much taller now and handsomer," she replied and tried to step back a little so she could see him better. Armand grinned slightly looking at her looking at him.
"Ah, so you find me handsome even back then, I told you how pretty you were before but you never replied," he answered smiling a little at her.
"Yeah, I didn't," she just said and glanced at the sea.
He held her right hand once again and spoke, "Come, let's take a walk." The two walked hand in hand by the sea on the fine white sand and glancing at each other most of the time.
"When did you arrive huh?" Armand asked her.
"About five days ago, I came here a day after to find you," she told him. "I tried to go straight here but one of the staff stopped me, telling me that this part of the resort was off limits to tourists. I tried convincing him to allow me but he just told me that he really couldn't allow me in. Disappointed, I started walking away, but then another man approached the two of us and asked what the problem was. So I told him why I wanted to go here on this part of the beach and when I told him who I was and who I really hoped to see here, he seemed a bit taken a back. He looked at me for a moment, smiled a little and told me that I could stay here and wait. He then turned his back and started walking away hurrying towards that building and left. I think that man's name was Ronald, yeah that was how the other staff called him."
Armand grinned shaking his head slightly realizing what Ronald did. "He never told me he already saw you here Andrea," he told her and looking at her face looking a bit surprised. "I guess he wanted me to find you here on my own, I guess he thought that it would be better that way, for the two of us to see each other on the very same place where we saw each other first."
A little amused at what Armand just said she tried confirming what was in her mind. "Before I left, I asked one of the staff who I came across while I was walking if Julio was still the owner of this resort. He shook his head and told me that the name of the new owner is Armand. Don't tell me that the Armand.... do you own this beach resort now, huh Armand?" she asked glancing and looking up him as they continued walking down the beach beside each other and holding each others' hands.
Armand smiled and nodded at her. "Yeah, I now own this beach resort Andrea."
She gave him a curious look. So Armand continued. "You see, the very same day and after we parted here, I found the kindest man in the world. He adopted and became a real father to me. He took good care of me like I was his own son. He gave me everything that I needed, that I wanted. He gave me the best home that any child could ever hope for. He sent me school, to college; he gave me the best life that I never imagined that I could ever have."
"I didn't know that so many good things happened to you after I left," her statement to him. "But I'm definitely happy for you Armand."
Armand glanced at her for a moment as they continued walking down the beach. "I think I saw you at the building where my office is Andrea. Did you come to my office huh?" he asked her and waited for her to answer.
Andrea smiled and nodded at him. "Yeah I did, back at the tower where I am now residing; I asked one of the residents if he knew where the new owner of this resort lives. He told me he didn't know but he knew where your office is. So I went there to see him, I was really wondering if it was you," her statement and suddenly stopped and looked at him. "I think I saw you too."
"Yeah you’re right we did see each other on our tower Andrea," his reply to her and felt good realizing that the beautiful woman that really caught his attention and chased was the lady that he truly loved.
"I tried going back up to follow you and find you, but I didn't find you," his statement to her.
"Yeah, while I was in the elevator I got an important call. So I decided to go back to the building where I live," she explained.
A little amused at what happened Armand spoke, "I went up and you went back down and missed each other. But that's okay, I guess it wasn't the right time," he said and glanced at her still walking with him by the beautiful beach resort, "and the right place."
Andrea smiled and looked up at him. Armand continued, "And now we're together Andrea, you have finally returned.... to me..."
Andrea looked away from him, nodded and smiled slightly looking at their paths, on the fine white sands they were walking on. And Armand took the opportunity to look at her beautiful face while she wasn't looking at him. He took a deep breath, he found her too beautiful and too captivating.
Andrea felt what Armand was doing and it made her felt good. She was walking with the man she always wanted to see once again and be with.
"What did you do in America Andrea?" Armand asked glancing at her, turned his head and looked ahead.
"Like I told you, I went to school and finished College there. I had a good life there. I had fun with my friends and my relatives. My mother decided to stop working at the office and instead built a restaurant. It did very well. My father helped her. The two of them worked hard to put it to where it is now. It's very popular now not only among the Filipinos, but with Americans as well, even tourists from across the globe, made sure that they visited it before going back home," she narrated to him.
He glanced back at her and asked. "Why did you come back here in the Philippines? Did you come here for me huh?"
She glanced back at him, paused for a moment and nodded. "Yeah I did, I came back for you Armand," her reply to Armand.
Armand then held her tighter and made her felt that he was really happy she came back to see him.
"How long do you intend to stay here Andrea?" he asked her looking at the fine white sands they were walking on.
"I don't know, I really don't know," was her answer to him and suddenly glanced and looked up to him. "I saw you with a beautiful lady Armand..."
Armand suddenly looked back at her and smiled. "Ah, so you saw that too. That was Jessica, my childhood friend. Her father is friend of Alfred, and we saw each other a lot. She's like a sister and a friend to me," he told her. "She's just a friend to me really," he repeated and looked intently back at her. Andrea then looked back at their path and continued walking with him. The two continued walking with each other for a moment and afterwards Armand spoke again. "I don't want you to leave me anymore Andrea; I really wish you stay here for good, with me."
Andrea looked back at him, paused for a moment and smiled. Armand stopped walking and turned her to face him. "I really don't want you to leave me again Andrea," he uttered looking down at her. Andrea looked up at him and made him felt that she too wanted to be with him. The two then continued walking and chatted with each other. They told each other about their friends, the people they met, and the places they traveled. And in between they told each other stories and jokes that made each other laugh.
Armand saw a pebble on their way stopped and picked it up. He then turned towards the sea and threw it as far as he could. It flew far into the sea and after it landed and hit the sea, he spoke. "The pebble that you threw did work after all, Andrea."
Andrea smiled and said. "Yeah it did."
"I remember you throwing really, really hard, you really wanted to see me again did you?" he said teasing her.
"You really," she just said shaking her head and smiling at him.
"And I'm so glad it did work Andrea," he said reached for her, pulled her closer to him and hugged her. He looked at her for a moment and really wanted to tell her how he truly felt for her but decided not to. He thought it wasn't the right time, but he promised to himself at the right moment he will. Armand hugged Andrea for some time, enjoying the nearness of her. Afterwards Armand showed her around the beach resort that he already owned. The staffs smiled and curiously looked at the two of them walking together. They all greeted the two of them, and Armand and Andrea greeted them back. Armand took her to his office where they chatted some more and enjoyed a delicious meal that one of the resort's waiter brought in. Armand then decided to take Andrea to her home. They headed towards his car. He opened the door for her and had her seated on the front. Armand then turned around and got in and sat on the driver's seat. He started driving, carefully getting through the big gate of the beach resort. After a moment Armand reached the main road. He drove and drove and glancing and smiling at Andrea beside him every now and then inside his car. They chatted along the way and after some time they reached her place. Armand got out of the car first and opened the door for her. He reached for her hand and assisted her. The two then headed for the lobby of the tower, and walked towards the elevator. When they got inside the elevator, Armand stood closer to her and held her hand, looking down and smiling at her beside him. When they reached her door, she used her key to open it. She went through the door and Armand followed. She made Armand sat on her sofa. Armand sat and looked around her place.
"Do you own this place?" Armand asked her from where he was sitting.
"Yes, I had my good friend Dianne bought this in my behalf while I was still in America," she replied as she headed for her refrigerator. She opened it and asked. "Would you like to drink?" she asked.
"Yeah, do you have soda," his reply to her.
"Yes," she replied and poured in a glass and brought it to him. He took it from her and drank.
           "Thanks," he thanked her.
"Dianne just lives about two floors below. She has a son, Chad. They come up here every now and then to visit me," she told him and sat near him on her elegant sofa. She then turned on the remote and opened her wide LED TV.
It was a beautiful love story. "That girl is really pretty don't you think?" Andrea stated from where she was sitting.
Armand smiled hearing her. "Yeah, she is pretty, but you're much prettier than she is." He then glanced at her beside him. "That man is very handsome, don't you think," he said, waited and smirked at her.
"You really," Andrea just said, shook her head and grinned knowing what Armand was doing.
"How's Chad now," he uttered and realized his mistake. "I mean how that kid is like, is he respectful to you..." he just said.
"Respectful?" Andrea uttered and smiled a little. "He's a nice kid; I like him a lot he makes me smile. I like seeing him play here on the sofa. He tells me everything he does and tells me stories, he's kind of funny. I enjoy his stories but he seemed to be enjoying it more. Her mom Dianne teased him about it, but he doesn't mind."
"How long had you been friends with Dianne?" he asked her.
"Almost our whole lives, they used to live in front of our house in the subdivision. And she moved her about two years ago. She asked me then if I wanted to buy a place here in the Philippines when we were chatting on the net. And I said yes, I really wanted to have my own place here, so she helped me with it. I like it here, it's peaceful and quiet."
The two then continued watching the TV. Armand enjoyed the show and was just glad that he was watching it with Andrea. He sat nearer her and held her hand.
Andrea then told Armand about the flying stone man that she saw levitating on her balcony. She told him that the flying stone man saved Chad from the flying werewolf that attacked him on the road right on the pedestrian lane. She even told him that she viewed videos of him saving Chad on TV and on the internet. Amused, Armand told her that he had heard of that story too and had also seen videos and footage of it. The TV show then ended.
Armand really wanted to stay much longer and be with Andrea. But he decided against it. He just pulled her closer, and hugged her for a moment. He then took a deep breath and stood. "I really want to stay here tonight. You see it's really nearer here to my office. I live at a mansion on top of the mountain, and I have an early appointment for tomorrow, and I doubt if I'll make it on time. I don't think I'll be able to sleep early tonight" he uttered, teasing and looking at her. "But I don't think you'll let me."
Andrea shook her head slightly, laughing slightly at the expression on his face. "You really, yeah I won't let you."
"I guess, I just have to be contented I had you the whole afternoon," he answered and started walking towards the door. Andrea followed him. He opened it and went through. He then turned his back and bid her good bye. "Good bye Andrea, I'll see you tomorrow."
"Bye Armand," Andrea just said. Armand gave her one last look smiled and headed back towards the elevator. When he reached it he heard her softly closed her door. He then rode the elevator. Smiling slightly at what happened that afternoon, he waited for the elevator to reach the first floor. It stopped, the door opened and he immediately headed towards the glass door of the tower. He hadn't even taken a single step away from the closed glass door of the tall tower when he heard people screaming.
"Bats, bats!" were the scream of the horrified people in the city. They were running in panic fearing for their lives. He looked up and saw above the tall towers hundreds and hundreds of big bats flying rapidly towards the side of the tall towers and towards the road. "Bats, bats!” the city dwellers continued screaming aloud. They all hurried towards the entrance of the towers trying to avoid the attack of the hundreds and hundreds of flesh-eating bats. The bats continued flying down. The residents of the towers watched in horror as the flesh eating sighted bats pounded violently on their windows and on the main doors of the skyscrapers and towers, trying to get in and attack to prey on them. From the inside of the buildings, the people trembled looking at the bats as they continued pounding on the windows and doors.
After Armand had found a safe place he shouted, "Armand!" Looking at the large group of big black bats attacking every building on both sides of the road of the big city, Armand rapidly soared up. And when he was above and ahead of them, he shouted and called their attention. "Hey angry bats, see anything you like huh? Come and get me!"
Immediately the bats stopped pounding on the glass windows and doors of the tall buildings. They turned to his direction and rapidly flew towards him, all wanting to prey and bit the only man outside of the buildings. Altogether, they flew furiously towards him above them. Armand waited looking at all of them and when he thought they were at the right distance he immediately flew away making them chase him fly above the skyscrapers. All the big black bats chased him as he continued flying looking back at them. And when they were at the right spot up in the sky, he immediately stopped and turned to face all the big black bats chasing him.  Looking at them approaching him, Armand wasted no time, he immediately opened his hands strong and fast on his sides. Hundreds and hundreds of rocks as big as his fists appeared in front of him. Armand raised his opened palms in front of him, below his chest. The furious big black bats continued flying towards his direction. Armand aimed and pushed his palms forward. Rapidly, all the hundreds and hundreds of rocks shoot and headed towards the direction of the rapidly approaching big black bats. Instantly, many were hit in the body and some in the head. They were stunned upon impact and started falling towards the ground. But the big black bats who managed to avoid the rocks that Armand pushed on them, continued chasing and flying towards his direction. So Armand flew higher making them chase him once again above the sky. The flesh eating big black bats chased and chased him. Armand flew and flew and after some time he once again stopped and turned to face them. Once again he opened his hands strong and fast and another hundreds and hundreds of rocks as big as his fists appeared in front of him. Armand raised his right palm farther to his side, the rocks moved to the right, imitating the movement of his palm. Looking at all the surviving big black bats approaching him, Armand shook his right palm, facing upwards and curving. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks shoot and headed towards the direction of the big black bats. The rocks turned and rapidly surrounded all of them, creating a wall of rocks around them and continually rotating. The big black bats stalled in between the rocks, trying to find their way out of the wall of rocks that Armand threw on them. Looking at all of them trying to escape the wall of rocks, he wasted no time, rapidly closed his right palm. Instantly the wall of hundreds and hundreds of rocks all moved towards the center. All the remaining big black bats were hit, some in the body and some in the head. Stunned, all of them rapidly fell down to the ground, lifeless. Armand surveyed all the fallen black bats on the ground for a moment; he then turned his head towards the skyscrapers and towers where Andrea lived. Rapidly he flew once again. He flew and flew heading back to the part of the city that was earlier attacked by the big black bats. When he saw his car, he rapidly flew downwards heading to it. He landed near it and when he was certain that no one was watching him he shouted, "Armand!" Once again his hair fell down to his forehead near his eyebrows. Armand walked towards his car. He was about to put in the key when suddenly he noticed that the big glass door of the tall tower where Andrea lived opened. He saw Andrea getting through it and rushing towards him calling out his name.
"Armand, Armand!" she called out aloud as she continued rushing towards him beside his car. "I was so worried about you. I really thought the big black bats attacked you," she uttered hugging him, looking up at him and extremely worried.
A little amused and mesmerized by her beauty even if she was hysterical, he hugged her back on the side of the road where his car was parked and tried consoling her. "Don't you worry I'm okay, nothing bad happened to me. All that big black bats are gone now." He hugged her for some time and afterwards he spoke once again. "Go back to the building now, I'll go home and see you tomorrow after work."
But Andrea shook her head looking up at him. "No, no, I can't let you go! Come back with me to my unit upstairs. Those big black bats might attack again and get you on the road," she pleaded him worriedly, fearing for the life of Armand.
Armand smirked looking down at her still hugging him, looking up. "Are you sure?" he asked softly.
She nodded quickly and hugged him tighter. "Okay," Armand just uttered and quickly started walking back towards the still opened glass door of the tall tower. He then released her from his arms, held her other hand and happily walked back. The two then passed through the glass door and headed towards the elevator. They looked at each other while they waited for the elevator to stop. After a moment it stopped and opened. Armand stepped back in and Andrea followed. Inside they turned around facing the door as it started closing. The elevator started going up and Armand pulled Andrea nearer him. He then released her hand and calmly placed it around her right shoulders. He glanced down at her, admiring her beautiful face beside him. The elevator then stopped at Andrea's floor. The door opened and still with his arm around her shoulder, the two went through it and headed back to her door. Andrea stepped forward toward the door. Smiling, Armand watched her as she tried to open the door knob. When it opened she looked back to him and invited him in. He reached for her hand and walked back in with her. Inside Armand spoke once again. "Are you really sure about this huh Andrea?" he asked looking down at her in front of him in the middle of her living room.
She nodded looking up at him. "Yes," she answered. He took a deep breath hearing her. Excited he hugged her tightly in his arms.
That night Andrea slept in her room and Armand on the sofa in the living room.

                                                          Chapter 6

Early in the morning, Armand opened his eyes from the sofa he was laying. He looked around and saw a young boy sitting on the side of the table looking curiously at him.
"Good morning," the young boy greeted him.
Immediately recognizing him, he got up, sat and faced him. "Good morning too young boy," Armand greeted smiling slightly at him.
"I'm Chad," he introduced himself to Armand in front of him in the living room.
"And I'm Armand," he introduced himself to the young boy.
The young boy stared at him for a moment. "Have I seen you before huh?" he asked suddenly looking curiously at his face.
"Maybe we pass by each other on the road," his answer to the young boy.
"Yeah, maybe I've seen you while I was walking on the road, that's why you look a little familiar to me," the young boy just said.
Someone then knocked on the door. The boy then hurried towards it, opening it. It was Armand's company driver that he called the night before to bring him his clothes.
"Good morning, here are the clothes that you asked me to bring from your office," he greeted and told him. Armand greeted him back. The driver then carefully placed it on the sofa and bid Armand good bye. After the driver had left, Chad closed back the door and went back to Armand sitting on the sofa.
Andrea then opened her door and saw both Armand and Chad in her living room.
"Ah, you're here Chad," she uttered. "Good morning," she greeted looking alternately at the two of them.
"Good morning," Armand and Chad greeted her back. Curiously she glanced at the clothes that were lying on her sofa.
Armand noticed and spoke. "I called our company driver last night to bring that here early today. He just left," he told Andrea.
Andrea smiled at him and spoke. "You can use my bathroom, while I prepare your breakfast," she told him near her.
"Thanks," he told Andrea and headed towards her room. "I'll talk to you young boy after I had showered okay," he told Chad.
Chad nodded to him and Armand then went through Andrea's door. While he was inside her room showering, Chad talked to Andrea while she was preparing breakfast for them.
"Your friend really looks familiar to me Aunt Andrea," he told her while he was sitting behind her in her kitchen.
"Really," Andrea just said looking back at him. "How come he looks familiar to you?"
"I don't know, but I really believed I had seen him before I just can't really tell where," his statement to her.
"Probably you've seen him, he's an important person. He owns a big company, perhaps you've seen in the news."
The young boy's eyes lit up. "Yeah, that's right I think I had seen him in the news. I just have to remember what news it was," he finally said looking to his side, thinking. The phone rang. It was Dianne asking Chad to go down for breakfast. Chad then left, leaving Andrea in the kitchen and Armand in the shower. After a moment Armand went out of her room dressed up for work. He walked towards Andrea as she was preparing the table. She was done cooking and was just waiting for Armand. He smiled at her and went nearer her.
"That looks delicious," he said looking at the food waiting for him in the table.
"Let's eat, I don't want you to be late for work," she told him and offered him a seat.
In front of each other the two had breakfast.
"Did you sleep well last night huh Armand?" she asked him.
"Yeah I slept well last night," was his answer to her. "I'll come back tonight after work," he told her in front of him."
"Okay," she told him. "I'll wait for you up here."
"If that's the case, then I'll come back as fast as I can," he uttered, smiled and continued eating breakfast with her. "Don't you worry about those bats anymore, Andrea; I think that flying stone man had driven them away for good."
"I really hope so, I was just so worried last night," her statement. "We're lucky we have a new superhero to protect our city, if not for him I don't know what could have happened to all of us last night."
"Yeah, I guess we are," he said smiling at her. But deep inside him he thought those bats weren't so bad after all. Cheerful he continued his breakfast with Andrea.
In his office in the tall tower, Armand read through some documents that his secretary left on his table. Seriously, Armand worked and worked, going back and forth to his paper works and to his computer. Someone knocked and door opened. It was Jessica; she greeted him as she entered. She then walked towards on his chair and tried to kiss him. But Armand immediately avoided her, surprising her. She looked at him for a moment and slowly walked and sat on the chair in front of him. He really wanted to tell her to avoid kissing him especially in public but he just couldn't anymore. He knew it would hurt her, like it did a few years ago. He decided that he would try to find the right time to talk to her about Andrea.
"What's wrong Armand?" she suddenly asked looking at him.
"Nothing really, I have just something in mind," his answer to her. Armand tried smiling and talking to her for a moment. Afterwards, she got a call and decided to leave but she promised to see him soon. A little suspicious she closed the door behind her as she left. Armand sat for a moment and decided to call the police and followed up on the case of his father. But the investigator told him that they don't have any leads or any suspects. But he assured him that they will continue investigating and he would call him for any development pertaining to the case. Armand decided to continue with his work and went back to his computer on his table. A moment later someone knocked on his door and his friend Ronald entered. Smiling he greeted him, "Armand."
"Ronald, buddy," he greeted him back smiling at his close friend as he approached the chair in front of him inside his office.
"I saw Jessica leaving the building, she seems a little upset about something," he told him and sat on the chair. "Does she know you already showed off, I mean showed around Andrea at the resort, huh?"
Armand shook his head and smirked. "Yeah, but it's more of both. I know that they all know that I've been waiting for Andrea at our resort. I know it would make them happy, seeing me with her."
"They are immensely happy buddy," he answered. "In fact, you and Andrea are their topic yesterday, and even this morning before I drove to come here. By the way here are the financial reports," he told him and handed him the reports. Armand then took it and placed it on the side of his table. "They said you two really look great together, they said you look better with Andrea than with Jessica," he continued.
"Like I told you Jessica is just like my sister or a friend, nothing more," he told Ronald.
"Yeah, but she kisses you in public, especially in public," he stressed grinning at him.
Armand shook his head slight looking at him and smiled a little. "I told her not to, many times before."
Ronald glanced at him for a moment and spoke. "Yeah, you're just being polite, you don't stop her because you just don't want to embarrass a lady in public, especially in public," he stressed again grinning at him.
"Yeah, that's right," Armand just said and tried not to grin.
"And now that Andrea is here, can Jessica still kiss you huh buddy?" he asked Armand glancing at him behind the table.
Armand just shook his head, his answer to his buddy grinning slightly.
"Aha, so I figure it now, Jessica came to your office, she tried to kiss you and you did not let her," his statement, teasing him.
Armand laughed and shook his head. "You really," Armand just said.
"So I'm right," he said. "And going back to Andrea this time, my friend, I heard you two left the beach resort together. What did the two of you do afterwards?"
"I took her to her house, in her condominium unit," he told Ronald. "We just sat on the sofa and watch TV," his statement to his friend.
"Yeah, you two just watched TV in her condominium unit," his statement.
"Yeah, that's all we did. But believe me that was one of the happiest moments of my life, just being near her, knowing that she had finally gone back to me."
Ronald glanced at Armand behind the table. "You certainly look really happy with her Armand. And as your friend, I'm very happy for you," his statement to his friend Armand.
                    "Thanks man," Armand just said.
"By the way, where's Roxanne?" Ronald suddenly asked.
Armand laughed looking at him from behind his table. "Yeah, I know that's what you really came here for. You want to see her."
Ronald just shook his head. "I guess I just have to see her as often as I could. Maybe she'll change her mind, when she get used to me," his statement to his friend.
"Get used to you," Armand just said smirking.
"You just don't know how many times she had said no to me, man," Ronald just said laughing slightly at himself.
"I think I know man," Armand suddenly said laughing out loud.
"What!" Armand suddenly said straining his head to him. "That girl really, she told you huh, Armand."
"Of course," Armand said and laughed really hard.
Shaking his head, Ronald shook his right leg up and down. He suddenly calmed down and looked back at Armand. "But believe me man it will work, you just wait and see. I'll tame her," he told him nodding his head to him.
"Good luck buddy," smiling Armand told his good friend Ronald.
"And again where is she huh, Armand?" he asked his friend once again.
"She told me she'll go out of the building for about an hour, she's probably gone back to her table by now," Armand told him after looking at the wall clock on the wall.
"Okay, nice talking to you Armand," he told him and started getting up. "I just hope she wouldn't frown at me this time."
"She was in a pretty good mood this morning. I think she'll be nice to you," Armand told him.
"Okay, I'll leave you now. I just don't want to bother you anymore. Finish your work so you can see her already," Ronald said as he headed back towards the door. When he got out, he immediately took his cell phone and looked at Andrea's picture. Contented he went back to his paper works. Armand worked hard the whole day. He toggled between reading reports and meeting up with stockholders in the conference room. Finally, he decided to see Andrea at her condominium unit. After he said his good bye to his employees, he rode the elevator and headed to his car. Looking forward to seeing Andrea, he opened his car, sat on the front seat and drove. While he was driving, he passed billboards, restaurants, a mall, and a school. He drove and drove and after some time he reached Andrea's place once again. He got off and immediately headed for the tower. Pleasantly, the guard greeted him. Armand greeted him back and went for the elevator. When it opened he went through and pressed on the number of the floor where Andrea's condominium unit was. He waited for the elevator to stop and when it did, he immediately passed through the opened door and headed to Andrea's unit. In front of her door, Armand knocked. Andrea opened it. He immediately greeted her and went in.
"Hi," Andrea's other friend Chloe greeted him.
"Hi," Armand greeted her back and went towards the sofa with Andrea. Armand sat to the right of Chloe on the other long sofa.
Andrea introduced the two to each other and after some time someone knocked on Andrea's door once again. It was Chad. Seeing Armand, he immediately greeted him. "Good evening Uncle Armand," Chad greeted him calling him uncle.
"Hi and good to see you again Chad," Armand greeted the handsome young boy smiling at him.
"You two already know each other," Chloe just said looking at both Armand and Chad sitting each other on the elegant sofa.
"Yeah, Aunt Chloe," was Chad's answer to her. "I saw him sleeping on the sofa early this morning."
Chloe suddenly glanced towards the direction of Andrea sitting near her.
So Armand immediately answered for her. "Andrea was just worried. She was afraid that those black bats would return and attack me on the road," his statement glancing at Andrea and then back to Chloe.
"Yeah, I was really worried Chloe, I just didn't want anything bad to happen to Armand, not after everything that I saw last night," Andrea explained to her friend to her right.
"How about you Chad did you see those big black bats too huh?" Chloe asked Chad looking at her.
"Yeah, Aunt Chloe, I did. At first I saw one approached my glass window from my bed. It stared at me from the outside, so I stared back at it. I wasn't terrified at first but when it started pounding on my window, I started getting scared. Suddenly more bats came and all pounded on it too. They were just so many, I was afraid my glass window would break and they'll come in to attack me. I was really scared because their fangs looked really sharp. Mom entered and saw them too; she wanted to pull the curtains so we couldn't see them. But she was just so afraid to go near them. The windows were shaking, and the sound was really terrifying. So mom decided to take me out of my room but when we were about to pass through door, I looked back to the bats pounding on my glass window. I saw the flying stone man flying on the middle of the towers above the road," his narration to Chloe.
"You saw the flying stone man huh Chad," Chloe just said looking at Chad.
"Yeah I did, he looked like he was saying something to the bats and when he flew up, all the bats flew and followed him. I immediately rushed towards my glass window so I could clearly see what was happening outside the tower above the sky. They chased and chased him above the sky. The flying stone man was flying so fast and so did the bats. Unfortunately, after some time I could no longer see the bats or the flying man. I could no longer see them from our side of the road," the young boy’s narration shaking his head slightly, a little disappointed. He then glanced at Armand. "How about you Uncle Armand where were you when the black bats attacked huh? he asked Armand.
Armand paused and thought for a moment. "I was already outside the tower. I was just about to open my car when I heard the people screaming. I looked up and saw the hundreds and hundreds of bats flying towards the towers' glass windows and doors." he told Chad.
"What did you do when you saw all those terrifying bats Uncle Armand?" the young boy asked once again. "Did they attack you huh?"
"Yeah they attacked me," was Armand's reply to the young boy.
"Really, if they attacked you, how come you don't have any wounds? How did you escape them, they were so many and was flying too fast?"
Armand thought for a moment once again. "When I saw them flying towards me, I hurried and tried to find a safe place. Moments after I found a safe place, I saw the big black bats looking at the flying stone man while he was talking to them. They then chased after the flying stone man. After a while the flying stone man stopped above the sky, turned back facing the bats as they continued approaching him. The flying stone man released hundreds and hundreds of rocks. Many of the bats were hit. Afterwards he released another hundreds and hundreds of bats. The rocks moved towards the direction of the bats who survive the first rocks, the rocks turned around all of them and created a big wall. The bats were imprisoned inside the big rock wall above the sky. Afterwards, the rocks moved rapidly towards the center hitting all of the bats. They were all stunned and fell towards the ground. Seeing that all the bats fell towards the ground, I hurried back to my car. But when I got there a very beautiful lady came out of the tower and approached me near my car. She immediately hugged me and begged me not to leave. And then you saw me sleeping on the sofa Chad," smiling Armand finally ended his narration.
"I get it; the very beautiful lady who hugged you and begged you not to leave was Aunt Andrea, right?" Chad stated glancing at Andrea near him.
"She definitely is Chad," Armand said and smiled at Andrea. Andrea simply smiled back at Armand near her.
"I must say that was a very interesting night Andrea, wasn't it?" Chloe just said looking intently and smiling at Andrea.
"I was really worried, I can't just let Armand go home," Andrea just said.
Chad saw Armand smiling at Andrea listening to her. "You like my Aunt Andrea then Uncle Armand," he uttered looking alternately at both Andrea and Armand.
"Yeah, I do like her. I like your Aunt Andrea a lot," smiling, Armand answered him.
Hearing what Armand told the young boy; Andrea paused for a moment and smiled. "Hey Chad, why don't you tell Armand and Chloe how the flying man rescued you from the flying werewolf huh," Andrea told Chad.
"Yeah that's true Uncle Armand, I was rescued by the flying man from the werewolf," excitedly Chad told Armand and Chloe. And so the young boy narrated his story. After the young boy's excited narration, Andrea brought out some food for all of them to eat. They all enjoyed the food and afterwards Chloe brought Chad down to his mom in their condominium unit below. Finally left alone, Armand and Andrea sat near each other on the sofa. With his arm on her shoulder, Armand told Andrea everything that he did that day and Andrea told him what she did. Moments later Armand decided to go home. He bid Andrea good bye and promised to return.
"I'll see you soon," Armand promised Andrea hugging her outside her door. He then released her and headed to the elevator. Andrea then closed her door, happy that Armand visited her that night.

                                                       Chapter 7

Armand became so busy with his work. He was not able to see her as often as he originally intended. And when he finally had a longer free time, he decided to take her to the beautiful island which he had wanted to take her to.
"Are you ready?" he asked Andrea when she opened her door.
"Yeah, I am Armand," she replied smiling at him.
"Let's go then," Armand answered. Together the two walked towards the elevator and rode. They stand beside each other inside the elevator, as they waited for it to stop. When it did, they headed to Armand's car parked in front of the tower. Armand then opened his car and made Andrea sat on the front seat to his right. Afterwards, he turned around and opened the other door. He boarded and sat on the driver's seat.
"You look really pretty today, Andrea," he told her glancing at her beside him inside his car.
"Thanks," Andrea just said and smiled at him. Armand then started his car and drove. Carefully he drove with the beautiful Andrea by his side. He drove and drove and after some time they reached the port. The two then headed to his yacht. Andrea stepped on the bridge first and Armand followed. On the yacht, Andrea surveyed the sea ahead of them.
"How long is our trip going to that beautiful island huh, Armand?" she asked him.
"Just about an hour," he replied smiling at her. "Let's get inside." Andrea followed Armand. With Andrea by his side, Armand started driving his yacht. "You'll going to like it there Andrea."
Andrea then turned her eyes towards the direction where Armand told her where the beautiful island was. Armand drove faster. He drove and drove and after about an hour they reached the place. They went down to Armand's rubber boat and headed to the beach front of the beautiful island. When they reached it, he assisted Andrea going down. After a few steps they were already standing on one of the whitest and finest sands that Andrea had ever seen. Andrea could feel the freshness of the wind and so did Armand. There were many coconut trees and some plants adding to the beauty of the island. There were a few birds flying above them. There were only the two of them in the island.
"Do you like it here huh Andrea?" Armand asked her.
"Yeah, I like it here Armand," she replied. "I like the big rocks on the shallow waters around this island. It looks like they had been placed there to protect the island. And the water looks really clean and inviting."
"Yeah, the water is really clean here, the pebbles looks great and smooth. It sparkles under the heat of the sun underwater. Those smooth pebbles would feel good under our feet." Armand then turned around and looked for a good place to sit. When he found one he immediately laid down a soft mat and sat on one side. He reached out his right hand and asked Andrea to sit beside him. Andrea took his hand. Armand made her sat beside him. Once again the two surveyed the clear blue water surrounding the island.
"I really like it here Andrea, only I was alone when I first visited this place," he told her. "I hoped then that the next time that I come here, you will already be with me. And now it finally happened, you're here with me." Andrea glanced at him beside her. Armand then moved and sat much closer to her. Armand then held her other hand. "I really hope that we'll always be like this Andrea. That I could see you any time I want. I feel really good being with you Andrea."
"I feel the same way Armand, I feel very happy being with you," she told him. The two rested for a moment and afterwards Armand stood and walked towards the shallow waters. He removed his shirt and threw it on the sand. He hurried towards the water and when he was on the right depth, he splashed some sea water on his face and started swimming. Water was dripping on his hair and on his face. He took a deep breath and started swimming. Manly, Armand swam and swam in the clear blue water. Happy that Andrea was with him, he swam and swam. From where she was sitting, Andrea watched Armand in the water. Armand looked incredibly handsome and manly while he was swimming. Armand swam for a long time, splashing sea water on his face every now and then; he was having a good time. He then swam back towards the beach front and when the water became shallower he stood up. He started walking towards her, water dripping and glistening all over him. Smiling, he headed back towards Andrea on the sand. When he got near her, he laid down beside her. He lay beside her for a moment looking at the sky above him. He held her right hand and spoke. "Lay down beside me Andrea." Andrea gave in and lay down beside Armand. She glanced at him beside her for a moment. And then just like Armand, she also looked at the sky above them. The two lay down beside each other for some time, just feeling each other. Armand closed his eyes and so did Andrea. Armand then whispered, "I love you Andrea..."
Andrea replied, "I love you too Armand." With her answer Armand turned to his side. Slowly he lowered his head and kissed her. Andrea kissed him back. Armand then knelt beside her and carried her in his arms and headed back to the sea where they could swim together. Enjoying each others’ company the two swam and swam. They swam for a long time around the sea water in the beautiful island. They spend the whole afternoon with each other. Contented that Andrea was already his girlfriend, he took her back to his yacht. Beside each other, Armand drove his yacht and headed back home.

                                                       Chapter 8

Eight bank robbers had just finished collecting the five bags of money from the tellers and manager of the big commercial bank that they robbed in the middle of the city. With the guards tied down and the bank clients all seated on the floor on the corner of the bank, the robbers headed towards the glass door to escape. Slowly and deliberately, one of the robbers opened the big glass door and peeked outside. He was taken aback; there were already police cars outside waiting for them. He also saw several police men beside it looking towards the bank. He closed the glass door immediately and informed the other robbers that the police men had already surrounded them. The leader hearing what he said thought for a moment and looked towards the direction of the pitiful bank clients on the floor and then towards the bank tellers on their posts. He decided to take the five pretty bank tellers. He immediately ordered his men to get them. The tellers realizing what they were planning tried to escape but the other robbers quickly rounded them up and dragged them towards the main entrance of the bank.
"Surrender now, we have you all surrounded!" the police negotiator shouted on the megaphone he was holding.
The robbers talked for a moment and decided that they were not going to surrender to the police men waiting for them outside. Five of the bank robbers grabbed and held five bank tellers with their right arms. They were going to use them as a shield so that the police men could not capture them. Slowly, the leader of the eighth bank robbers opened door slightly and spoke aloud.
"We have five hostages, if you'll do anything funny, we'll all kill them, do you hear me!"
All the police men and the by standers who had also gathered in front of the big commercial bank heard what the leader of the bank robbers said aloud from behind the opened glass door.
"Again if you do anything funny, we'll kill all these hostages!" the leader of the bank robbers shouted once again from inside of the bank.
So the police negotiator then ordered his police men not to do anything that could irritate the bank robbers. Seeing that the police men outside the bank agreed to his demand, the leader of the bank robbers ordered his men to walk through the door with the five pretty bank tellers as a human shield. Slowly, one of the bank robbers with a hostage covering him went through the glass door. He saw that the police men had obeyed the demand of their leader. So he signaled the other door bank robbers with four hostages to follow him. One by one the hostage takers went through the glass door making sure that they are protected with bank tellers as their hostages. The police men saw the pretty bank tellers covering the bank robbers outside the bank in front of the glass door. The other bank robbers then went through the door. Carefully the bank robbers, making sure that they are well covered by their pretty bank teller hostages, headed towards their getaway vehicle, a heavily tinted black van parked in front of the big commercial bank. Carefully, they walked towards it and when one reached the door, he pushed it to side opening it. He got up and rode with the bank hostage still in his arms making sure that he was protected from the police men. One by one the rest of the bank robbers went through the door and boarded big black van. In silence, the police men and all the by standers watched as the rest of the bank robbers boarded their getaway vehicle. When the last bank robber had entered the big black van, their leader immediately ordered their accomplice driver to start the car and drove.  Fearing for the safety of the five pretty bank hostages, the police negotiator once again ordered his police men not to do anything to annoy the robbers. The big black van then started moving; carefully the driver drove looking and glancing at the police men who were watching them from their posts in front of the big commercial bank. After a moment, the big black van started peaking up its speed. With the five pretty bank tellers protecting the bank robbers as a human shield the black van continued moving. The police negotiator then ordered his men to board their patrol car to follow the bank robbers. Carefully they tracked the getaway vehicle as it continued traveling inside the big city. The robbers continued fleeing. The chase continued for some time. Not wanting the hostage-takers to be able to escape, the police men called their fellow police men and immediately they created a police block. The bank robbers were forced to stop on an open field seeing that the road in front of it was blocked by a group of police men. The robbers talked inside the van for a moment and afterwards their leader once again spoke aloud through a small opening on the window of the heavily tinted black van.
"Let us pass or we will kill all these hostages!" he shouted to the police men far ahead in front of him on the road going out of the open field.
The police men did not respond to the leader of the robbers. They tried to form a plan on how they can rescue the pitiful bank teller hostages inside the heavily tinted black van. The media men who followed the police men covered the whole stage taking scenario. Carefully, from their posts they reported back to their home station. The news of the said hostage taking was shown on TV all over the city.
Armand had just finished his lunch meeting with an important client and was driving his car going back to his office at the tower when he heard of the said hostage taking on his radio. Quickly, Armand pulled over on the side of the road, he got out and when he was certain that no one was looking he shouted, "Armand!" Rapidly, he soared up and flew. Above the sky, Armand headed towards the direction where the getaway heavily tinted black van was forced to stop because of the road blockade that the police men had set up. He flew and flew up in the sky and in just a short time he already saw the police men, their vehicles, the by standers and the getaway vehicle in the middle of an open field. He flew nearer and nearer and stalled in the sky behind the heavily tinted black van. The by standers saw Armand first, they tried pointing towards his direction but they immediately stopped themselves not wanting to call the attention of the hostage takers as to the presence of the flying stone man above. The police men who had also seen him made sure that the hostage takers would not notice the flying stone man above all of them.
Donovan, the leader of the eighth bank robbers spoke once again from the inside of their getaway vehicle.
"Let us pass or we will kill these hostages!" his loud warning to the police men surrounding them in the big open field.
"Please don't kill us," begged Maria one of the five pretty bank teller hostages. Donovan smiled looking at her begging at him for their lives. "Relax… I have no intention of harming anyone of you."
"Yeah, we don't have any intention of harming you ladies," agreed the other bank robbers smiling at their hostages inside their getaway vehicle.
"Really, you're not going harm us, you're not going to kill us huh?" asked another pretty bank tellers to the leader of the bank robbers Donovan.
"Of course, no man in his right mind man will hurt you ladies, you're just all so pretty and lovely. The pretty hostages looked at each other and forced a smile. "This is what we will do; we will just pretend that we're trying to kill you. In other words, we will stage a drama for the police men to enjoy. When I give you the signal you will scream as loud as you can ladies, that way we can pressure the police men to remove their road block so we can pass through and afterwards we will let you out, okay."
The pretty bank tellers once again looked at each other inside the getaway van and forced a smile. "Okay, we'll do what you want us to do, just let us go afterwards," uttered another pretty bank teller.
"Of course," Donovan assured all of them. "Here we go ladies. Remove the road block or we will kill all these hostages!" the very loud threat of the leader of the hostage takers.
The by standers hearing what he said, worried for the safety of the five pretty bank tellers inside the vehicle. They prayed that the flying stone man would be able to save the pitiful hostages. The lead police negotiator refused to give in to the robbers demand.
"It's time ladies, scream," Donovan told the five pretty bank tellers.
"Don't kill us please, don't kill us please!" screamed Maria as loud as she could so the police men will hear her. The other hostages joined her screaming as loud as they could so they will be heard by the police men.
"That's right, scream even louder ladies, let's scare these annoying police men out of their skulls!" Donovan urged the five pretty bank tellers inside the getaway vehicle. The ladies wanting to be freed screamed some more. They screamed as loud as they could.
The by standers and the police men all heard the successive and loud screams from the five pretty bank tellers. Not knowing what was actually transpiring inside, that it was just a staged drama they all panicked and worried for the lives of the hostages.
"What could be happening inside that van, I really hope the police men could save them," stated one of the worried by standers.
"I wonder what their family's are thinking right now. They probably are extremely worried knowing that the lives of their loved ones are in extreme danger," stated another extremely worried by standers.
Suddenly, they heard a loud thudding sound from the inside of the big black van in the middle of the open field. I.
The by standers and the police men noticed the loud commotion inside the vehicle. It scared them all. Little did they know it was just Donovan and his men kicking on the side of the heavily tinted black van. They wanted the police men to believe that they were slamming the ladies on the sides of their getaway vehicle. Grinning Donovan said, "We'll see if that wouldn't scare everything out of them." Donovan then urged Maria to scream some more.
"No stop that, don't hurt her please. You're going to kill her, have pity on her please...!" Maria begged aloud from inside the getaway vehicle. Then the police men and the by standers noticed and heard everything that the bank robbers were staging.
Then Donovan told the hostages to stop screaming, his men also stopped from kicking on the sides of the vehicle. Then he spoke once again. "Don't you worry sirs, the ladies are still alive, but if you don't remove the blockade, we will already kill them the next time!" the loud statement and warning of Donovan.
The by standers felt relieved that the five hostages were still alive was still worried for their lives. The police men too felt relieved that the five hostages were still alive, that they still have a chance of rescuing them. But still they made no comment as to the demand of the robbers to remove the road block. Looking at the crowd that gathered around the big open field, Armand thought for a moment and decided to fly higher above the sky. The by standers could no longer see the flying stone man stalling above the sky behind the parked getaway vehicle in the middle of the open field. Once again they looked back towards the direction of the van. They heard another loud sound from the inside of the getaway vehicle. It was also staged, a drama.
"Help us please, they are going to kill us all, please help us!" the loud scream from some of the bank teller hostages following Donovan's order. Not knowing what was still happening inside, the by standers were all horrified listening to the seemingly hysterical scream of the hostages. The media continued covering what for them was a horrifying hostage taking scenario, sending signals back to their home networks.
"Okay, this is my last warning, let us pass or we will kill all these hostages right now!" the very loud warning by the leader of the merciless eight bank robbers from the inside the heavily tinted black van.
"Okay man, just don't kill the hostages. We will now remove the road blocks," the loud answer of the police negotiator behind the police blockade. He then ordered his men to remove the police blockade. Shaking their heads the police men started removing the road block. From the inside the heavily tinted vehicle the eighth robbers watched as the police men slowly removed the police block that they had set up. Pleased they nodded and smiled at each other from the inside of their getaway vehicle.
One by standers looked up and saw something falling out of the clouds. He looked and looked, his eyes widened as he started to realize what it was. It fell and fell from the sky, getting faster and faster going down.
"Oh no the gigantic rock is falling towards the big black van!" shouted one of the by standers. The police men and all the other by standers witnessing the hostage taking looked up. They saw the flying stone man beneath the gigantic rock. It was as big as a house. The gigantic rock was falling down and pushing Armand below going towards the direction of the heavily tinted black van. The eighth hostage takers inside heard the loud scream of the crowd. Through the window they looked up and immediately saw the gigantic rock fell rapidly downwards towards them in the middle of the open field.
"Dude our drama worked on the police men, but I don't think it will work with this one, with this gigantic rock! What are we going to do now?" horrified one of the hostage takers asked.
"Run!" screamed aloud by one of the extremely horrified hostage takers. Panicking, the hostage takers quickly opened the doors of the big black van. Pushing each other, they jumped out of the vehicle running as fast as they could away from their getaway vehicle and headed towards the by standers and the police men, running away and avoiding the gigantic rock, all desperately trying to save their lives.
But as soon as all the hostage takers had gone out of the van and had rushed towards the side of the open field, to the surprise of everyone, the gigantic rock, as big as a house, started rising back up. Smiling and grinning Armand slowly flew the gigantic rock upwards and away from the big black van. His hands were not even touching it, it was floating above his palms. The by standers realized that Armand pretended to fall with the rock to deceive the eight hostage takers to force them to run out. The eighth hostage takers realized it too and immediately tried to flee but the police men did not allow them. They quickly rounded them up and caught them. Happily the policemen handcuffed them one by one.
"Let’s go boys," one of the police men told them grinning and laughing. Shaking their heads the eight bank robbers and the accomplice driver was escorted to the police car. Some of the police men then went to get the hostages and to recover the bags of money inside the heavily tinted black van.
"Thank you flying stone man!" the lead police negotiator shouted aloud to the flying stone man flying above the open field.
Armand nodded to him, smiled and quickly flew away from them.

                                                           Chapter 9

A week passed and Armand was reading and checking some documents in the office. When he was finished he decided to have lunch. Afterwards, he went out of his office to go to the rooftop of the tall tower. Armand closed his door and walked towards the elevator. He got in, turned his back and waited for it to stop. When it did he got out and climbed up the stairs nearby. When he opened the door leading to the rooftop of the tall tower he immediately took a deep breath. Armand walked towards the center of the rooftop and turned his head towards a tall tower. He wanted to see the tower where Andrea was living; he couldn't see it from his office. He smiled looking at it far away from where he was and wondered what Andrea could be doing at the moment. Pleased he took another deep breath and walked towards the side of the rooftop. He stood there and looked around him, around the tall skyscrapers and buildings surrounding his own. He liked looking around from there even when he was still a child. His eyes then turned towards the roads and saw the many cars and pedestrian walking on the side. He looked some more when suddenly he noticed something. There was a college boy who was being chased by 10 mean college boys. That college boy being chased was just new in the university. The leader of the 10 mean college boys was enraged because in just a week in their university the lady that he had been pursing for a long time became his girlfriend. And because of that they plotted to get back at him and waited for a right time to attack him. When the 10 mean college boys saw him walking on isolated road nearby they immediately chased him. Duncan the new student in the university saw them. Knowing that he can't win over them for they were just too many, he ran. He ran and ran as quickly a he could. They chased and chased him all over the place and after some time they had him in an isolated area in between buildings and skyscrapers. They got him trapped against a wall.
"Looks like you run out of place to go, handsome boy," the leader of the 10 mean college boy said looking at him in front of a wall.
"Don't hurt me man, I didn't do anything wrong," he pleaded looking at all of the 10 mean college boys in front of him all wanting to hurt him.
"Of course you didn't do anything wrong, in fact all you did was right. You are so handsome and good that the girl that I had been pursuing for a long time became your girlfriend in just a week of stay at the university," he told him.
"Yeah, you're amazing dude," one of the 10 mean college boys said. Grinning, the rest of the 10 mean college boys nodded mocking him against the wall in front of all of them.
The leader of the 10 mean college boys turned his head and saw a file of sand and stones nearby.
"What are you going to do man?" Duncan asked sensing what they were about to do to them.
The leader of the 10 mean college boys then signaled his friends to grab some stones. The ten college boys then walked towards the file of stone and got one for each. The other one handed a stone to their leader when they had walked back to him. They then lined up in front of the extremely fearful and helpless handsome college boy. He tried escaping but two immediately moved to block him, making him walk back up to the wall.
"I'm begging you men, please don't stone me," he pleaded once again with his back pressed on the wall.
Slowly, the 11 mean college boys took a step forward nearer him. They raised their right arm preparing to stone the fearful college boy, Duncan. Altogether the 11 mean college boys threw the stones. Armand saw the stones flew and headed towards Duncan against the wall.  Flying above them, Armand wasted on time he raised his right palm, face down, and shook and froze. The eleven stones heading towards Duncan froze in the air. Shocked, the eleven mean college boys looked at each other as the eleven stones continually froze in the air right in front of them and Duncan against the wall. Suddenly they all felt something above them and when they all looked up they saw Armand flying above them.
"What are you doing boys? Why are you ganging up against him, you're eleven and he's only one," he told them looking at them and then to Duncan against the wall. Duncan was also stunned at what he saw happened to the stones but he felt relieved and thankful deep inside him. The eleven mean college boys immediately realized that man above them was the flying stone man. They immediately tried to flee and head back to the narrow path in between the tall buildings. But Armand immediately moved his right palm, face down, across in front of him. The eleven stones followed Armand and moved towards the narrow path blocking the eleven mean college boys. Terrified, they walked back. They kept walking back as the eleven stones froze in the air in the middle of the narrow path until they were trapped on another wall to the right of Duncan against the wall. Still from above them Armand turned to face them, he then rapidly moved his right palm across him and froze. The eleven stones rapidly followed, flew and rapidly froze right in front of the faces of the extremely fearful eleven mean college boys. The eleven fearful college boys stood against the wall with the eleven stones freezing in the air for some time until finally one of them couldn't take it anymore.
"Please Duncan, tell your friend not to hurt us please, I beg you," he pleaded fearfully glancing at Duncan to their left.
"Please Duncan, please...." the rest of the 11 mean and now fearful college boys.
Duncan turned his head and looked to where Armand was flying above them. Armand nodded looking at him. Armand then turned his head and looked back at the extremely fearful 11 college boys.
"Please man, we promise we're not going to hurt Duncan again. Just let us go, please... we beg you..."
"Okay, I'll take your words for it," Armand spoke from above them, shook his hand down and immediately the 11 stones fell down to the ground in front of the 11 college boys.
"Thank you man," the 11 college boys uttered together. One of them started sidestepping against the other wall, and after a few moves he flee running away from the place. The other mean college boys quickly followed and flee from the place running and chasing after the first one who got out.
Looking up at Armand above him, Duncan spoke. "Thank you sir, thank you flying stone man for saving me, thank you..." he uttered thanking him.
Armand simply nodded to him and immediately soared up and swiftly flew away leaving the thankful and grateful and relieved Duncan behind.

                                                              Chapter 9

Armand and Andrea dated constantly and in one of those dates, Jessica  saw Armand kissing and hugging Andrea in a restaurant. She hurried out of the place. Armand saw her, excused himself from Andrea and tried to follow her to explain and console her. She was a sister for him and cared for her. He was worried about her, but when he saw her got in at the backseat of her car with her driver on driver's seat, Armand felt relieved and walked back in to the restaurant to return to Andrea.
Jessica's tears fell down her cheeks. But in just a moment she held up her chin and wiped off her tears. With fury and vengeance in her eyes she looked at Armand's picture hanging on her wall at their house. The door at the library opened and her father Constantine entered. He looked at her behind her desk for a moment and walked towards her.
"Did the police and Armand already know who killed Alfred huh?" he asked as he continued walking towards her. He then sat on the chair in front of her on the table. For a moment Jessica stared at her for a moment.
"The police don’t know and Armand doesn't know either. But I know who killed Alfred dad," her statement looking at him in front of her.
From where he was sitting Constantine slowly glanced at her daughter. He stared straightly at her for a moment and asked. "You know who killed Alfred huh, Jessica?"
Looking straightly at him she answered. "I killed Alfred dad." She then looked up to the picture of Armand hanging on the wall. "I killed your father Armand."
For a moment Constantine did not say a word. "You killed Alfred, Jessica?" he asked her.
She nodded at him. "Yes dad I killed Alfred," her answer to him. "I was behind the door when I heard him threatened you. Yes dad, I heard him threatened to expose you to the board about your smuggling activities. And so the following day an hour before he was supposed to meet up with the board of directors in your company to expose you for using your company's facilities for your illegal activities, I sneaked in to his room and killed him. Believe me dad, I felt no guilt afterwards. I was just so happy he could no longer expel you from your company and lock you up in jail."
From his seat he stared at his daughter for a moment. Nodding his head he smiled at her. "You truly are my daughter; we both know how to solve our problems the quickest and simplest way possible. I was also planning to kill him that day."
"I didn't know that. But I think that as my father you should also know that I am now planning to kill Armand and Andrea, the lady that he replace me with."
"So that man hurt you Jessica, if that's the case I will help you kill him. Maybe that way I could repay you for killing Alfred for me," he finally said and smiled looking at her.
"We will kill both Armand and Andrea," was her answer to him.
"Yes after we had forced Armand to sell and sign over all his company shares to us. We will kill them both," he told her.
"And we will do that as soon as possible," Jessica answered.
"Yes, we will," the final statement of Constantine to her daughter Jessica.

                                                       Chapter 10

Andrea, Chad, and Dianne just got out from the big mall they went to. They watched a movie, ate at a restaurant inside, and bought clothes and toys for Chad.
"Thanks for the toys and clothes you bought me Aunt Andrea," Chad happily told her looking up at her to his left, his mother was holding his hand as they headed to the parking area.
Andrea just nodded and smiled at him. "You take good care of your new toys Chad, that's from your Aunt Andrea, you must give importance to it, okay," Dianne Chad's mother told him.
"Yeah, I surely will mom. I really like these; I'll play these together with my friends from school and from the tower. I'm sure they'll going to like these too," he answered glancing at his mother.
"Are you going to see Armand tonight huh Andrea?" Dianne asked her close friend.
"Yeah, he's going to our tower tonight, Dianne. I'll prepare him dinner and spend some time together. We had already gone out the other day," Andrea told Dianne.
"You really love Uncle Armand, don't you Aunt Andrea?" Chad asked her looking up at her beside him as they continually headed to the parking area.
"Of course, she does. I haven't seen here looking this happy ever. And I really like him for you Andrea," Dianne told her.
"Me too, Aunt Andrea, I like him for you," Chad just said. Andrea and Dianne looked at each other and laughed. Looking up alternately at the two of them, Chad laughed too, their laughter rubbed off on him. With their purchases on their hands they continued walking towards Dianne's car waiting for them. Happily they walked and walked but when they were near Dianne's car, a heavily tinted blue van suddenly stopped in front of them. It opened and a man in dark sunglasses, followed by another one, stepped out of it. The first immediately grabbed Andrea and pulled her towards it. Andrea screamed and tried to free herself. Dianne tried to help her but the other goon pushed her making her fall down on the ground. Crying, Chad knelt beside his mom on the ground as he watched Andrea being pulled in to the heavily tinted blue van. "Aunt Andrea, Aunt Andrea!" Chad screamed and screamed tears falling down his cheeks. The door closed, and the blue van speed away from the parking area. The heavily tinted blue van moved too fast and in just a short while it disappeared from their sight.
Dianne stood up, consoled her son and immediately called Armand at his office.
"Armand..." she uttered crying, worrying about what was happening to her dear friend Andrea.
"Dianne," Armand answered recognizing her voice. "Are you crying, huh? What's wrong?" he asked her.
"It's Andrea..." she uttered crying on her cell phone.
"Andrea, what happened to Andrea?" Armand suddenly said, worrying and wondering what had happened.
"She's been kidnapped Armand, we were just going to my car here at the mall. A man grabbed her and pulled her in to blue van. I'm worried Armand, I don't know what they are planning to do to my friend," she told him still crying and worrying. "Please, find Andrea..."
"I'll find her Dianne," Armand spoke, he was so worried but he tried to sound calm over the cell phone. Dianne then closed her cell phone and so did Armand. The day before he got a call from the police investigators assigned in the investigation of the Alfred's murder. They asked him to go their police station to discuss it to him. They wanted to show him something, and Armand needed to see it. Armand hurried to their place and when he got there, they showed him photos of the illegal activities perpetrated by Constantine. At their office they showed Armand pictures proving the smuggling activities of Constantine and his goons. And the police told him that they were then following a theory, that his father, Alfred had already learned of this and had already confronted Constantine. They told him that Constantine was now their prime suspect for his father's murder. The police investigator advised Armand to hire a bodyguard for himself to protect him. Starting to form a suspicion of what had just happened that day at the Mall, Armand hurried to the tower. When he got there, he stood in the center and shouted, "Armand!" His hair changed. It was combed backwards away from his forehead. Immediately, Armand soared up. Rapidly he flew towards the the place where Constantine lived. He stalled up in the air above Constantine's mansion and waited for him leave. He intended to follow him from above the sky. He waited and waited. The mansions door opened, and Armand saw Constantine walking towards his black car. The driver opened the door; Constantine got in and sat on the backseat. The driver then started the car and headed towards the gate. The security guard opened it and Constantine and his driver went through. The car traveled and traveled. Armand from above the sky followed. The black car went in to the city and went it got out; it headed to a line of tall mountains. Up in the sky, Armand watched as it continually ran on the road on the side of the tall mountains. Armand saw a big building surrounded by a tall fence. He noticed the black car heading towards it. When it got near, the big black gate opened. The black car went in. The gate closed soon after. From where he was flying above the sky, Armand saw hundreds of luxury cars parked on the side at the back of the big building. Constantine black car moved and stopped right in front of the big building. The driver went out and opened the door for Constantine. Constantine got out and was immediately greeted by the fifty goons. He greeted them back and afterwards he walked towards the door. It immediately opened when he got near. Constantine went in and the big door closed soon after. Above the sky, Armand surveyed the whole place. He decided to fly down nearer to the tall building on the front. Carefully he flew down. Suddenly, one of the fifty goons in dark sunglasses looked up and saw Armand flying towards them. He immediately informed the other goons. They too looked up. They had seen Armand in the news. They knew what he can do, so they immediately pretended and looked happy to see him.
"What's up dude?" one goon asked seconded by some.
Looking down at them, Armand just smiled and answered, "Just me," he answered.
"Huh," uttered one and so did the others looking up at him.
"Leave and let me pass or I will start a rain from up here," he told them. Knowing what Armand meant, the fifty goons immediately prepared themselves to fight back. Armand immediately opened his two hands strong and fast. Hundreds of rocks appeared; he moved his palms below his chest, palms facing down. Immediately, Armand shook his palms down. The hundreds of rocks shoot and went down on all the fifty goons. Hundreds of rocks rained and poured down on the goons in front of the big building. The fifty goons were all hit, some in the head and some in the body. Stunned, they fall down to the ground. Some fainted, and the others, who didn't, grimacing in pain, quickly stood up and rushed out of the place. Armand then flew downwards once again and headed to the door of the big building. He landed on the floor in front of it. He tried opening it with his hands, and when he couldn't he kicked strongly with his right leg. Forcibly, the door opened. Armand flew and went inside the building. He saw another door and Armand flew towards it. When it opened he saw an aisle. There were ten goons in black sunglasses lined up in the middle. They saw Armand. Armand landed and stood in front of the line of ten goons. The first one made a move. He run forward, jumped and tried to give Armand a strong flying kick but Armand easily avoided it and gave him a stronger flying kick. The goon was hit in the jaw. Stunned, he fell towards the ground. The other ten prepared to attack Armand. But Armand rapidly opened his right hand strong and fast, a rock appeared. Rapidly, Armand moved his hand below his chest. Before the next goon could make a move, Armand pushed his palm, the rock shoot and headed towards the goon in black sunglasses in front of the line. He was hit in the forehead and fell on the ground. Armand focused and another rock appeared, it automatically moved and headed towards the goon now in front of the line, the goon was stunned and fell on the ground. One by one a rock appeared in front of Armand's right palm, and one by one it headed towards the line of goons. One by one they were hit, falling on ground one after another. Armand surveyed the ten goons all lying in the floor of the narrow aisle. Armand once again flew. He flew and flew. He followed the whole stretch of the long aisle inside the big building. And when he reached another door he opened it. He saw another group of goons. He flew down and stood on the floor. The forty goons immediately prepared to attack Armand. But Armand wasted no time, he opened his hands strong and fast. Hundreds of rocks appeared. He then moved it below his chest. Armand aimed, he pushed his palms forward. The rock shoot and headed towards the forty goons in the room. Instantly, they were all hit, stunned they all fell to the floor. Armand flew once again. When he got nearer to another door, the forty goons scampered and fled all fearing Armand. He opened the door. Armand flew inside; he flew forward and stood, levitating in the middle of the room. The twenty goons inside immediately surrounded him. Brave, they prepared to attack him. Flying in the middle of them, Armand immediately opened his right hand strong and fast. A rock appeared. He moved his right palm below his chest. Armand aimed, he pushed his right hand forward, inclining it downwards. The rock shoot, inclined, and headed towards one of the twenty goons forming a circle surrounding him. He was hit. Stunned he fell on the floor. Armand focused and started rotating. A rock appeared one after another in front of Armand's right palm. Automatically it shoot forward, inclined downwards, hitting a goon every time. In just a short time, all the goons were hit one by one. Armand was levitating in the middle of twenty unconscious goons. Armand flew once again and flew towards another door. He opened it and saw two lines of goons of ten, all in black sunglasses. Behind them was Andrea. She was tied, blindfolded on a chair. Armand immediately flew rapidly forward. Rapidly he flew towards them. With a blinding speed Armand kicked the two lines of goons. One by one they were hit on the head. Another door opened and three goons entered, but when they saw the other twenty goons lying unconscious on the ground, they retreated and hurriedly fled away from the place through the back door. Looking at Andrea still tied, blindfolded on a chair, Armand flew towards her. He flew nearer her. Andrea heard all the commotion and knew that it was the flying stone man who fought all the twenty goons guarding her inside that room.
"You're safe now Miss..."Armand told her.
"Thank you, thank you for saving me flying stone man," Andrea uttered, tears beginning to fell down her cheeks. He wanted to hug her and console her but he controlled himself. Suddenly, the police men arrived and started coming in. They saw the flying stone man beside Andrea. Knowing that Andrea was already safe, Armand immediately flew through a window and left Andrea to the hands of the responding police men. One of the police men approached Andrea.
"We're here to take you out of the building Miss Andrea," he told her. Carefully he removed the white clothe blindfold on her eyes. Andrea immediately opened her eyes and looked around, he saw all the responding police men. She tried to find the flying stone man among them, but she didn't find him. The police man then untied her from the seat. He told her that the flying stone man had already left. Andrea then thanked the police man who untied her. Carefully, they took Andrea out of the building. They also handcuffed the goons they saw lying on the floor on different parts of the building. The police men did not find Constantine inside, he escaped the moment he realized that the flying stone man was fighting with his goons. He ordered his goons with him to rush and met him and he escaped soon after.
Outside of the big building, Dianne immediately saw Andrea. She rushed towards her, thankful that her best friend was alive. "Andrea, thanks god you're still alive. I was so worried about you," she told Andrea holding her hands.
"She was the one who called us," one of the responding police men told Andrea.
"Thank you Dianne, thank you," Andrea thanked her friend. Afterwards, Dianne brought her friend to her car. Knowing that Andrea was already safe with her friend Dianne, Armand flew away and left the place. With the police closely following them, Dianne drove her car towards their tower. She felt so happy and relieved her friend was well and alive. After the police men who escorted them home left, Dianne and Andrea went up and headed towards Andrea's condominium unit. When they got there, Andrea saw Chad waiting for her in the living room. Chad immediately approached her hugging her.
"Aunt Andrea, I'm so glad the police got you back," he uttered.
"The flying stone man saved me from my abductors, and the police men came and arrested them," Andrea told Chad. "How about you, we're you hurt huh?" Andrea asked Chad.
"No, don't worry about me Aunt Andrea," Chad assured her. "We're alike now Aunt Andrea, we're both been saved by that superhero flying stone man. Dianne then decided to bring Andrea to her room so she could rest. And after Andrea had thanked her once again, she and Chad went down to their condominium unit.

                                                                 Chapter 11

Armand decided to use his car going to the tower where Andrea lived. Carefully, he drove through the big city. He drove and drove. When got to the tower, he immediately parked, got out and headed to the main entrance of the tower. Inside, he walked towards the elevator. He waited for it to open; when it did he got in, turned around and waited for it to stop at Andrea's floor of the building. It stopped and opened, Armand passed through and immediately headed towards the condominium unit of Andrea. He really wanted to see her, to know how she really was. He didn't get to talk to her well at the building where here abductors brought here. When he saw Andrea's door, he hurried towards it. Armand stood in front of the door and prepared to knock. He knocked. The door opened. He was surprised, a goon opened it. Through the opening of the door Armand saw Andrea in the hands of goon. He was holding her at her arms behind her. There were ten goons inside Andrea's room all waiting for Armand to arrive. Armand wanted to help Andrea but he was afraid that she could get hurt if he made a wrong move.
The Leader of the ten goons immediately spoke. "I'm so glad you finally came. We've been waiting for you."
Armand looked at Andrea for some time, checking how she really was. He immediately realized that she wasn't hurt. She was just being held by one of the goons inside the condominium unit. He decided to find the right time when he could fight back so he could help Andrea.
"What do you want from us?" Armand asked looking at the leader of the goons in the eye.
"We don't want anything from you, but our bosses does," the reply of the leader of goons looking at Armand in front of him. He then ordered the other five goons to surround Armand. Two goons held him by his arms. "Since we're all ready, let's go up to the rooftop of this tower so you two could finally be acquainted with our bosses." Armand looked for a moment at Andrea in the hands of one goon. He calmed himself and decided to follow the order of the leader of the goons. The goons then took Armand and Andrea out of the latter's condominium unit. They walked through the hallway and headed towards the elevator. When it opened, they brought their captives in. The door closed and the elevator moved upwards. After a moment, the elevator stopped. They all got out and forced Armand and Andrea to go upstairs going to the roof top. The leader of the goons then opened the door. Surprised, Armand looked at the two persons in the middle of the rooftop right in front of the door. Armand saw Constantine and Jessica. They were standing beside each other looking at them. The goons made Armand and Andrea pass through. Forcibly, they walked them towards Constantine and Jessica in the middle of the rooftop. The goons, Armand and Andrea stopped right in front of Constantine and Jessica.
"Are you surprised to see me her, Armand?" Constantine asked Armand looking at him.
"Not really, I am surprised to Jessica here," Armand replied. "What's the meaning of this Jessica?"
Smiling at him Jessica simply answered. "I was the one who asked my father to abduct Andrea. I masterminded her abduction."
Armand glanced at Andrea beside him in the middle of the rooftop. "How could you do this to me Jessica? I treated you like my sister."
"That's exactly the problem Armand; you only treated me like a sister. You know very well that I wanted more than that. You know that I loved you all my life Armand."
"And I won't let any man hurt my only daughter Armand. I promised myself that you're going to pay for what you had done to her. You're going to pay every tears that shed from her eyes," anger playing on his face, Constantine answered Armand.
"I now know that you used our company's facility for your smuggling activities," Armand told him. Looking him in the eye, Armand spoke, "You killed my father, didn't you?" Armand asked.
Jessica suddenly laughed. She laughed aloud looking at Armand in the hands of their goons. Armand turned his head towards Jessica, looking at her face laughing at him.
"You're wrong Armand," laughing slightly now, she corrected him.
"What do you mean by that Jessica," Armand asked looking at her.
Jessica immediately continued, "It was I who killed your father, it was I who killed Alfred!"
Armand couldn't believe what he just heard. He couldn't believe that the girl who he cared for since they were both children could do such a thing, to the man who took good care of him.
"You know how much I love Alfred, you know how much I love my father Jessica," with tears forming in his eyes, Armand uttered.
Constantine intervened. "I guess the two of you both love your fathers. You see my beloved daughter here overheard Alfred threatening to expose me to the board and expel me from it. She didn't want me to end up in jail, Armand."
"So an hour before Alfred was supposed to expose my father to the board, I sneaked in to his office and killed him," Jessica told Armand looking straight at him. Fury in her eyes she spoke further, "But that's not important now Armand, Alfred's gone. There's nothing we can do about it. Because today, you two are going to pay for what you had done to me, for hurting me. If I cannot have you, then no one can. I'm killing you both Armand!"
"That's right we're killing you both Armand. I know the police already knew of my smuggling activities, and they had probably already figured out that I had something to do with your father's death, I don't think they have the intelligence to know that it was my daughter who did it for me, for the love of me. I planned to force you to sell and transfer all your shares to me, but given the situation it will no longer work. Forcing you to sell and transfer it to my daughter, I think would just put my daughter under suspicion. So my best option now, before I go into hiding, is to kill both of you. Just the thought of it is already making me feel good, Armand," he finally told him.
Jessica turned to Andrea. "I know it's not your fault Andrea. It's just that you're too beautiful that effortlessly, you made Armand fall in love with you. You didn't do me anything wrong," she told her and paused. "But still I want you dead."
"Please, don't kill us Jessica, have mercy on us," Andrea pleaded on her.
Armand looked towards Andrea. "Stop begging Andrea. We can't expect mercy from these kinds of people."
Jessica suddenly laughed, hearing Armand. "You're right Armand, but only because you and your father made me so. You two are going to die today!"
"Okay, push these two on the side of the rooftop," Constantine ordered hearing his daughter. "Hurry up!"
The goons then pushed Armand and Andrea towards the side of the building. In tears, Andrea glanced at Armand beside her. Armand controlled himself looking at her. The goons pushed and pushed on Armand and Andrea going to the edge of the rooftop. Armand and Andrea stood right on the edge of the rooftop of the tower. Andrea could see the cars and the people passing through the road below. She trembled in fear. Armand reached for her. He hugged her in his arms.
"You two really loved each other do you, you both want to die in each others' arms," she said mocking them. "We could have been happy together Armand, but you wasted it."
"Okay, boys push them, now!" Constantine ordered.
The goons started pushing them. Armand hugged Andrea tighter in his arms. Andrea was in tears looking up at Armand hugging her.
"Push them!" Constantine loudly commanded his goons. The goons pushed both Armand and Andrea off the edge of the tall tower. Armand and Andrea fell. Andrea could feel the wind pressing on them as they continually fall downwards. She looked up at Armand, accepting their impending death. Andrea closed her eyes. Armand hugged her tighter and shouted, "Armand!" Andrea felt something. She stopped falling, they stopped falling. But she didn't feel an impact, they didn't hit the ground. She opened her eyes and saw Armand smiling at her. They were levitating, they were flying. Armand was flying hugging the woman that he loved on the side of the middle of the tall tower.
"Armand you're... you're the flying stone man!" Andrea uttered looking up at him as they continually levitated on the side of the tall tower.
Armand just smiled at her in his arms. "Yes, I am Andrea."
"You're the one who saved Chad and me from my abductors. Oh, Armand..." she uttered kissing him in his cheeks. She kissed him over and over again on his cheeks. Armand giggled.
"That can wait, my love," he uttered feeling her kisses on his cheeks. "I'll just bring you to your balcony. We don't want these two getting away from what they had done to us," Armand said smiling at her. He hugged Andrea tighter and flew her towards her condominium unit. Carefully, he landed her on the floor of her balcony. Looking down at her on her balcony, Armand spoke, "I'll be back." Armand then rapidly flew upwards on the side of the tall tower. He flew swiftly he wanted to capture Constantine, Jessica and their goons. In just a short time, Armand was already flying on top of the tall tower, right above Constantine, Jessica, and their goons. They all saw him, looking down at them. Knowing what the flying stone man can do, they immediately hurried and rushed towards the rooftop's door. But Armand immediately opened his right hand strong and fast. Hundreds and hundreds of rocks appeared, he moved his right hand, palm facing downwards, forward going to his right. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks followed the movement of his right hand. Armand aimed, he shook his right palm. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks moved downward and inclined going to the right, going to the direction of the fleeing Constantine, Jessica, and their goons. When the hundreds and hundreds of rocks got near them, it immediately rotated and surrounded them. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks created a wall imprisoning them in the middle. Constantine, Jessica, and their goons were trapped inside the round wall of rock. Constantine hugged his daughter, he realized there was nothing he can do anymore. They were defeated. The flying stone man had captured them. Armand saw the rooftop's door opened and many police men passed through it, they all saw the wall of rocks rotating continuously around Constantine, Jessica, and their goons. Armand relaxed his right palm and the rocks immediately fell towards the floor of the tower's rooftop. The police men immediately moved, they rushed forward and apprehended Constantine, Jessica, and their goons. The police men all handcuffed them. The Police Captain looked up at Armand flying, stalling above them. Armand nodded and smiled at him. Afterwards he immediately flew upwards and after he found a safe place on the ground. He shouted, "Armand!"

                                                             Chapter 12

Two months passed and Andrea was in her condominium unit. She was showering. She soaped herself carefully and afterward she rinsed carefully. She dried herself and went out of her bathroom and changed. Armand was going to see her and she was preparing for it. She combed her long, soft, and shiny black hair. She looked at her own reflection at the mirror for a moment. She heard someone knocking on her door. She smiled glancing to her right. It's probably Armand, she thought. She got up and walked towards her door. She opened it. She passed through and headed to her main door where Armand was knocking. Armand knocked once again. Andrea held on to the doorknob and turned it. She opened the door. She saw Armand. Looking so handsome, smiling at her.
"You look gorgeous Andrea," he told her, looking down at her gorgeous face in front of him.
Andrea smiled back at him. "You look gorgeous yourself, Armand," she answered looking up at him. He reached for her hand and went inside. The two then walked towards the living room. In the middle of the living room, Armand hugged her and kissed her gently on her forehead.
Looking up at him, trying to read his thoughts, she asked, "Where are we going Armand?"
"Somewhere," he replied looking down at her beautiful face as he hugged her in the living room. He released her, took her left hand and headed towards the balcony. She looked up to him by her side as they slowly walked towards her balcony. Inside the condominium unit and near the balcony, Armand shouted, "Armand!" His appearance changed. His hair was combed backwards and away from his forehead. "We're going up, Andrea," he told her. Andrea just smiled at him. He carefully held her on her waist and started levitating.
"Are you ready?" he asked Andrea by his side.
"I'm ready Armand," Andrea answered. Armand then flew, he flew her going to the balcony. He then soared up; he flew higher and higher with Andrea clinging on his by his waist and him on her. Andrea immediately felt the cold wind caressing her face. It felt good and Andrea smiled. Higher and higher Armand flew with Andrea. Above the sky, Andrea looked down on the beautiful city. They saw all the tall towers and skyscrapers, beautifully adorned with lights all over it. They also saw beautifully lit trees on the sides of the streets and on a park. The people passing on the pedestrian lane looked amusing from where they were flying. Andrea watched as the cars lined up as they moved on the long highways of their city. The lights coming from the front and the back of the cars fascinated her. It looked magnificent from above. Armand tightened her arms around her. He could see, the fascination in her eyes and he felt good about it. He flew her some more as the wind gently blew her beautiful black hair. He took a deep breath looking at the woman he loved flying with him up in the sky with the bright stars shining above as the half-moon lit the whole city.  Andrea's eyes focused on the wonderful theme parks within their city. There were so many people on it, some were walking happily on the ground, and many others were enjoying the wonderful rides. Armand flew some more. Andrea's eyes swept the grand bridge, the lights lining all over it captivated Andrea. With the sparkling water below and around it, Andrea held her breath. Andrea also saw the luxury ships gently cruising. It looked breathtaking in the middle of the ocean as the moon shone on it. Armand decided to stop flying; he stalled in the middle of the ocean. Down below, were several ships, all brightly lit, cruising for somewhere. The wind was cold but felt good on their faces. It was a romantic night for the two of them. Armand reached for her hugging her in front of him by her waist. He was looking the face of the woman he truly loved. Andrea looked up and saw all the love that he had for him. His love made her felt good. They stayed up in the air, just flying and stalling and just looking at each other, admiring each other. Armand looked up in to the heavens; his eyes swept the stars and the moon. Andrea looked up too following him. Armand then looked back at her in his arms. Andrea looked back at Armand as he hugged her up in the sky.
"Andrea, I want you to have everything that I have and to see everything that I see. I love you Andrea. Marry me Andrea, marry me," Armand proposed looking into her lovely face.
"Yes, Armand, I will marry you. I no longer want to spend another day without you Armand. I love you and will always love you," with all her love for Armand, Andrea answered looking up him.
Armand then looked deeply into her eyes, slowly he lowered his head. Their lips met. Armand kissed Andrea's softly red lips. Tenderly, he kissed her. His arms tightened around hers. Andrea's arms tightened around him kissing him back, kissing the man that she will always love.

                                                         Chapter 13

In a grand wedding attended by well known celebrities, their close friends, and relatives, Armand and Andrea became husband and wife. Armand and Andrea lived in the big mansion that Armand inherited from Alfred. After a year they had a son. They named him Arthur. Armand continued with his work at the office and hurried back home to be with his family. Together with their son Armand and Andrea lived a very happy life.
One Saturday afternoon, Andrea was playing on their lavish and beautiful garden in front of their big mansion.
They were playing catch. The two year old handsome young boy jumped trying to meet and catch the ball that Andrea threw on him. Smiling, Armand watched as his wife Andrea and his son played on their garden. Suddenly, Armand noticed something above the sky. He focused towards its direction. It flew nearer and nearer them. Andrea and his son Arthur started to notice it too. They looked up and stared at it. The object above the sky flew nearer and nearer them, above the mountains overlooking the great city. Armand realized what he was seeing. It was a massive flying saucer flying above the sky. He immediately called upon Andrea and Arthur. He commanded them to get inside. Andrea picked up his son, hugging him. Hurriedly, she rushed back towards their mansion. She immediately closed the door, worrying what was going to happen to them, with the flying saucer that they saw going to their direction.
Armand, immediately shouted, "Armand!" Armand levitated and soared up. He flew rapidly going to its direction above the sky. Slightly, Andrea opened their door; she looked up and saw Armand flying above the sky. Armand flew and flew. After sometime he stalled in the air in front of the massive flying saucer. Armand watched the sparkling flying saucer. He watched it for sometime above the sky. Suddenly, the bottom of the flying saucer opened. Hundreds of hundreds of green alien bats flew out of it. Armand was surprised to see the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats flying towards him in the sky. All the green bats wanted to prey on him. They flew and flew towards Armand. Standing in the air looking at them, Armand opened his hands strong and fast, hundreds and hundreds of rocks as big as his fist immediately appeared. He moved his palms above below his chest, facing forward, the hundreds and hundreds of rocks followed his move. He aimed at them. Strongly, Armand pushed his palms forward. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks shoot and headed towards all of the green alien bats. The rocks flew and flew towards them. All the green alien bats were hit, some in the body and some in the head. Lifeless, all of the green alien bats went tumbling down to the ground. Armand looked down at the green bats as they continually fall down to the ground. Andrea from where she was looking up inside the mansion felt good and relieved that Armand easily defeated the green bats. Armand turned his head up once again and stared at the stalling massive silver flying saucer. From the bottom and middle of, three green alien winged male half-bodied evil creatures ‘manananggal’ flew out. Andrea was horrified looking up at the evil half-bodied creature. Below the massive silver flying saucer, the three half bodied male evil creature stared at Armand flying in front of them. Together and slowly, the three green evil creatures flew towards him. They surrounded him up in the air away from the silver flying saucer. Together and rapidly the green half-bodied creature flew towards Armand in the middle of them, wanting to bit him. But Armand quickly flew upwards easily avoiding the attack of the three winged alien half-bodied creature. Swiftly he flew away from them above the sky. He flew and flew and after a moment he stopped and turned around to face them. The three green alien creatures once again flew towards his direction still wanting to bit him. Armand wasted no time, he opened his palms strong and fast. Hundreds and hundreds of rocks appeared. He moved his palm forward to his right, facing upwards. The rocks imitated the movement of his right palm. Looking at the three green alien half-bodied creatures, Armand shook his right palm, curving. Immediately the hundreds and hundreds of rocks moved forward towards the right. When it got near the evil creatures, it immediately turned around them above the sky. The rocks formed a wall around the three alien creatures. The three creatures were trapped inside the wall of rocks. The evil creatures stalled in the middle of the wall and tried to find its way out of it. But Armand did not waste any more time, immediately, he closed his right palm. The wall of rocks then moved towards the center, towards the three green half-bodied creatures. They were hit, in the head and in the body. The impact was so strong; three green alien half-bodied creatures all fell down towards the ground. Andrea once again from the door of their mansion felt good and relieved that Armand easily defeated his alien enemies. Armand too felt good that he won and defeated the second group of green alien creatures.
Suddenly, the other massive silver flying saucer that had been stalling far behind them as Armand was fighting the green alien bats and green half-bodied flying creatures flew forward. Andrea saw the second massive flying saucer, and she started to fear for Armand's life once again. It flew and flew. Armand, from he was flying above the sky, watched as the second massive silver flying saucer continually approached him up in the air. The second flying saucer then stopped and stalled far from Armand. Suddenly, the second silver flying saucer emitted from around it a pale red light. It formed a planet like pale red light and inside of it was the massive silver flying saucer and Armand flying far from it. The flying saucer and Armand was completely surrounded by the pale red light high above the sky. Armand looked around him, trying to determine what it was. He then looked back at the silver flying saucer far from him. He saw the bottom and middle center of it opened just like the first. And from its opening hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats went flying out of it. Andrea saw it too, and prayed that Armand would triumph once again. The hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats flew and stalled in the bottom of the massive silver flying saucer, all looking at the flying stone man ahead of them inside the pale red light. Armand looked back at the new green alien bats stalling on the bottom of the flying saucer. While Armand was looking back at the silver flying saucer, it suddenly, near the edge, emitted three pale blue laser lights. Armand saw it rapidly going towards his direction above the sky. Swiftly he moved up. Armand was able to avoid the three pale blue laser lights fired on him. The silver flying saucer once again fired three pale blue laser lights towards Armand. It was released too fast, Armand was hit. Andrea saw Armand got hit, she saw him grimacing in pain. She became more fearful and worried for Armand. The three pale blue laser lights hit Armand, one in the head and two in the body. Up in the sky and inside the pale planet like pale red light, Armand continually grimaced in pain from the punishment that he received. Immediately, the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats flew towards the flying stone man who was injured by the pale blue laser lights. Armand recovered slightly, the injuries that he suffered disappeared. Andrea felt slightly relieved. Looking at the green alien bats rapidly flying towards him, he opened his palms strong and fast. Hundreds and hundreds of rocks appeared. He then moved his palms upwards below his chest. The rocks imitated the movement of his palms. Aiming at the green alien bats, Armand strongly pushed his palms forward. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks rapidly shoot and flew towards the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats flying towards him inside the planet-like pale red light. But when the hundreds of hundreds of rocks touched the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats, it all sparked and disappeared. Armand was stunned at what he saw, unlike the first green bats, the second green alien bats was not vulnerable to his hundreds and hundreds of rocks. Andrea shook her head, wondering how Armand could beat such powerful opponents above the sky. Suddenly, the silver flying saucer fired three pale laser lights towards Armand. Armand was hit in the head and in the body. Armand grimaced in pain inside the pale planet-like pale red light. Andrea saw it, she became fearful once again. She was afraid that Armand would be defeated. Rapidly, the more powerful hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats flew towards Armand. They flew and flew. And when they got near Armand, they attacked and bit him all over. The green alien bats covered Armand, all biting on him. Armand screamed in pain from the simultaneous attack of the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats up in the air inside the pale planet-like pale red light. Andrea cried screaming, seeing Armand completely covered by green alien bats all biting on him. She cried and cried. Still Armand tried to escape them, he flew and flew but hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats followed him, still covering, and all biting on him. They punished him. The hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats suddenly stopped. They stopped from biting, releasing him. They then flew upwards and away from them. A little far from Armand, the bats stalled in the air looking at him still grimacing in pain. Armand quickly recovered from the injuries that he received. Suddenly, from the middle and bottom of the silver flying saucer stalling in the middle of the planet-like pale red light, another three green male alien half-bodied evil creatures ‘manananggal’ flew out. They flew and stalled in the bottom of the silver flying saucer. They stared at Armand far from them inside the planet-like pale red light. Armand stared back at them. The three alien half-bodied creatures moved, flying towards Armand. They flew and flew, just like the first three, they wanted to attack and hurt him. Looking at them approaching him, Armand opened his palms fast and strong. Hundreds and hundreds of rocks as big as his fist appeared. He moved his right palm forward to his right. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks followed his movement. Armand shook his right palm, curving. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks shoot forward going towards the right. Rapidly the hundreds and hundreds of rocks surrounded the three green alien half-bodied evil creatures. The rocks formed a wall, surrounding the three half-bodied creatures. Armand then closed his right palm. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks moved towards the middle going towards the three green alien half-bodied creatures. But as soon as the rocks touched the green half-bodied winged alien, the rocks also sparked and disappeared.  The silver flying saucer once again fired three pale blue laser lights. Armand was hit once again grimacing in pain. Rapidly, the three green alien half-bodied creatures flew towards Armand. They surrounded Armand and together they flew towards him in the middle. And in pain Armand screamed as the three bit all over him. Andrea saw what was happening to her husband. She cried and cried. Wondering and worrying if Armand could survive the punishment. He screamed and screamed feeling the pain from the punishment that the three green half-bodied creatures bestowed on him as the hundreds and hundreds of bats watched not far from them. They punished him inside the planet-like pale red light. The three then released Armand. Damaged and weakened Armand fell down towards the ground. Andrea screamed crying; she went out of the door and rushed outside, looking at Armand continually fall.  And when he was about to hit the ground, Armand was able to control his fall. He landed slowly, on the ground. He lay on the ground for a moment breathing heavily, suffering from the punishment he received from all his alien opponents. He took a deep breath and slowly stood up. He stood there for some time trying to figure out how he could defeat his more powerful opponents. He noticed that the green alien bats and the three green alien half-bodied evil creatures stayed inside the planet-like pale red light. Armand realized that the planet-like pale red light emitted by the silver flying saucer was making the alien creatures invulnerable to his hundreds and hundreds of rocks. Armand flew upwards and went inside the planet-like pale red light, from where he was flying he opened his palms strong and fast. A gigantic rock, as big as a house, appeared in front of him. Armand then raised his hands above his head. The gigantic rock imitated his move and floated near his hand above his head. As the green alien creatures watched him, Armand aimed. Strongly as he could, he threw the gigantic rock. It moved rapidly in the air heading towards the direction of the stalling silver flying saucer. But as soon as it hit the silver flying saucer, the gigantic rock sparked and disappeared. The silver flying saucer retaliated and released three pale blue laser lights. Armand was hit once again. The hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats bit on him once again, covering him completely. In pain Armand screamed. From where Andrea was standing, she screamed Armand's name, tears falling down her cheeks. She was so afraid that she was going to lose him. Armand screamed and screamed. After some time the bats released him. Armand once again fell down towards the ground and when he was about to hit the ground, he controlled his fall and landed slowly on the ground. Andrea could no longer see Armand, but deep in her heart she could feel his suffering, the suffering of the only man she loved. She cried and cried. Armand endured too much punishment from the green alien creatures. Armand was dying. With his eyes closed he suddenly remembered his real father. Three days before he died, he saw Armand sitting on the grass and looking above the sky. He was in tears thinking of his mother. To pacify him, his father told him that if he placed his hands on his waist he will transform. He told him that Armand will turn into a stone from the waist down to his two feet and the gigantic rock that he could create with his two palms could damage anything in this world and from the outer space. Slowly, Armand stood up and flew. He flew towards the planet-like pale red light. Andrea saw him, slightly she felt relieved that Armand was still alive. Armand stopped and stalled inside the pale planet-like red light. Looking at the silver flying saucer far from him, Armand then placed his hands on the side of his waist and took a deep breath. Suddenly, he felt something, he was transforming. Armand turned into stone from the waist down to his two feet. He then opened his two palms strong and fast, a gigantic rock appeared, it was flaming.. The massive silver flying saucer fired pale blue laser lights on him. Armand was able to escape all of it.  Armand wasted no time, he aimed. As strong as he could, Armand threw the flaming gigantic rock towards the silver flying saucer in the middle of the planet-like pale red light. The flaming gigantic rock flew towards the silver flying saucer. It was hit. The silver flying saucer shook and flamed. Rapidly, Armand flew towards the gigantic silver flying saucer. Near it, he prepared to punch, suddenly the half of his right forearm going to his fist turned into stone, it was slightly flaming. Armand punched. The silver flying saucer exploded up in the air.  Instantly, the planet-like pale red light disappeared. Pleased, Armand flew higher going nearer the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats. The hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats flew going towards Armand, all wanting to bite him. Armand released hundreds and hundreds of rocks. He aimed. Strongly, he pushed his two palms forward. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks shoot and headed towards the hundreds and hundreds of green alien bats. The green alien bats were all hit, some in the head and some in the body. Lifeless, they all fell down going to the ground. Once again Armand flew and went nearer the three green alien half-bodied creatures. The three winged green half-bodied alien flew towards Armand, wanting to attack him. Armand opened his palms strong and fast. Hundreds and hundreds of rocks as big as his fist appeared. Armand then move his right palm forward going to his right. He aimed. Armand shook his right palm, curving. The hundreds and hundreds of rocks moved forward going to the right and when it was near the three green alien half-bodied creatures, it immediately surrounded them, creating a wall of rocks around them. The three tried to escape. Armand then closed his right palm. The rocks moved toward the center. The three green alien half-bodied creatures were hit. Lifeless, the three fell down towards the ground. Armand won the battle and defeated all his enemies.
Armand watched his fallen enemies on the ground for a moment. Swiftly he flew back to his family, to Andrea and his son. He flew and flew. When he got near her, he immediately landed. He saw Andrea still sobbing, but already smiling. He approached her. Armand then hugged her. "Don't you worry Andrea, they're all gone now."
"I was so worried I was going to lose you Armand," Andrea uttered hugging him. Hearing her, Armand hugged her tighter. The door then opened and they saw their son Arthur appeared from it. Slowly, he walked towards the two of them, and joined them. He too hugged his father. Pleased, he picked him up and carried him in his arms. He then placed her other hand on Andrea's shoulder, kissed her gently on her hair and headed back to their home, to their massive mansion.

                                                        Chapter 14

For eight years no evil creatures from earth and from the outer space appeared in the great city. The entire great city lived a happy and peaceful life. The city dwellers did not see the flying stone man anymore. One afternoon, the government made an announcement. The city dwellers all watched their television. The government admitted that a gigantic meteor was about to hit their city. The meteor that was going to hit their place could destroy the whole city and the cities surrounding them. The government admitted that the military had no capacity to destroy the meteor before impact. They advised the city dwellers to prepare for it. The city dwellers needed to evacuate, they had to leave their houses and go to a safer place, far, far away from their city.
"What is going to happen to us now?" worried one after he watched the live broadcast on his television.
The woman near him, his wife cried. "We're going to lose our house."
Her husband hugged her and tried to accept the truth, that their great city was doomed for destruction. The whole city was shocked by the news. They couldn't believe that a great disaster was about to fall on their city. Silently, they prayed that the flying stone man would appear. But still they wondered if he could save them this time, just like he did many times before. Every family in every house in the great city worried on what is going to happen to them. Days passed and the government announced the day of the evacuation. They closed their eyes, knowing that the gigantic meteor was going to hit their city in three days. They all started packing their clothes; they loaded all the things that they could carry on their cars, on their trucks, and on their vans. Sadness spread throughout the city. They are leaving what used to be their homes for years, the place where they grew up, the place where they made good memories. With tears in their eyes, the cars, vans and trucks, all loaded up, slowly rolled on the streets. The roads were filled with vehicles all lining up, leaving the city. The people inside the vehicles silently cried looking back at their abandoned houses. Many of them silently prayed that the flying stone man would return to save them. The evacuation of the great city continued. And on the third day, not a single soul was left behind. The great city and its neighbors nearby were completely abandoned. From their evacuation centers they closely monitored the news. They all waited for the next announcement from the government and from the military. Their hearts were shattered, when the military announced that the gigantic meteor would hit their city in an hour. Tears fell on their cheeks. The women, the children, and men cried. They watched their television as the countdown to its impact started. Every second, all their fears escalated. Thirty minutes had passed and still they haven't heard of anything. Many waited and many prayed that a miracle could still happen. Fifty-five minutes had passed. The government made an announcement on television. They all watched and listened to the military general. He announced that the flying stone man has reappeared and was now in their city. Silently, the city dwellers rejoiced hearing the return of their superhero. But still they wondered and worried if he could save their city from the gigantic meteor. Silently they prayed, and hoped that their prayers could strengthen the flying stone man and help him save them once again.
Armand, all alone in the great city, waited for the meteor that has the capacity to destroy the whole city and its neighbors close by. Armand waited and waited. On the last minute, Armand saw the rapidly plunging down gigantic meteor falling from the sky towards the big open field. He shouted, "Armand!" With his hands in his waists he took a deep breath, he turned stone from the waist down to his feet. The gigantic meteor continued falling down towards him, getting nearer and nearer. Armand knelt on his left knee on the ground looking up preparing for the meteor to fall down. The gigantic meteor fell on him. It did not hit him or the ground. The gigantic and massive meteor did not even touch his hands. It floated frozen above his palms.                All the city dwellers rejoiced. They jumped up and down, all hugging one another. All shouting and thanking the flying stone man from saving their city.
The city dwellers all returned to their homes. And from above the mountain, flying, Armand placed his hands on his waist and looked at the place and the city dwellers that he loved and cared for. The flying stone man saved the big city from complete destruction.

                                                            The End
